    I think about 17 ingredients are added in this PANJIRI and all are full of nutrition ,like sonth,(sundh), kamarkas ,khaskhas ,musli ,supari, kali mirch, ashaw gandha,shatavar, magaj,makhana, desi khand, bilgud, jmain,kaju, badaam, COW DESI GHEE, these all are very healthy for new born babie's mothers. All other persons should take this Panjiri because of it's nutrition value.👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👌👌👌👌👌👌👏👏👏👏👏
