Apparently it's to keep harmful content away from kids. It's not clear to me how advertising or product comparison is harmful to kids.

I love your channel unfortunately CZcams is trying to censor things that they don’t like and that’s very unfortunate. I’ve seen a lot of people go to rumble because they don’t censor content. We are. The people were the ones who made them and now they’re chasing us all away.

I have canceled CZcams premium as of today. It has been happening to other creators and their channels. It really pisses me off!
That makes me very sad and angry. The only option for those of us good CZcamsrs who have depended on channels like this for good honest advice and commercial advertising is a complete boycott of CZcams. Living in a state with Open Carry laws, it's important to me to have good advice and instruction on firearms because the lack thereof would result in dangerous consequences for those without knowledge and know how.
I see CZcams as an educational tool. Now it's going to abandon its ability to provide honest people with good educational information.
Hickok45... Does CZcams realize how many subs you have and how many people watch your content? If you go to a different platform CZcams will lose a lot of viewers. I don't think that would be a smart move for CZcams. Without us content creators posting our videos there wouldn't be a CZcams. They need to STOP trying to be TikTok or any other platform and be what CZcams is supposed to be and that is a platform for long form videos. And if the content contains things that are legal, it should be allowed on here. What the hell are they trying to do? They are ruining their own platform, that's why there are so many creators leaving CZcams.
That's precisely why they're doing it. Black Rock is anti-freedom. WEF protocol.

CZcams as a company is lame
If you guys just did Southern Cooking recipes, I'd still watch. But, this is a sad state of affairs, and not good for the folks like you who teach us a TON of safety and operation.
I still see other gun youtubers with "firearm-related ads", and they aren't affected or don't care at least.
You guys should try to get in contact with some of them to find out what they're doing and what can be done about it.

Creators can’t be sponsored by any company that deals in firearms or accessories? I just don’t get it. To live in a time where these companies think they should decide what kind of content the consumer should produce/watch is crazy. Let the people decide!

Then slithering and whispering in his ear ruining it for the towns people. Hickok45 gives family time and money to build up CZcams and at the end drops you like garbage. All I can say is thanks for sharing your knowledge. Time away from family doesn’t come easy making videos and editing. But you did it for the love of 2A. Whatever path your family takes will be rewarded from the love of the 2A world.
Have you any paper/email trail on the reason of they removed your videos? Do post it along with the 18 June policy. A good way to say they're the reason for dangerous firearm handling and paint them as 1st and 2nd Amendment Rights violators.
Meanwhile, ask if your sponsors okay with you putting a link to other platforms such as rumble, odyssey with links to their websites in the description at the platform (similar to handling sponsorships in CZcams, but on other platforms).
The policy is searchable on news for now.
Also, are shorts getting affected this way?
Not that I'm sure it won't happen on shorts, it's because when something like ad revenue policy is "updated" by Google CZcams, shorts are somehow not really affected, instead CZcamsrs are profiting more on shorts than on long classic videos, as if shorts are unaffected by "changes" during that time, perhaps even for now..
This is old news. They have put out a newer video saying that they have talked to someone at CZcams and they think they can continue to post content within the new guidelines. It may be better thsn first thought, but it's still not good. Would y'all define for me exactly who is covered by the first amendment. It seems that it is not us if we are talking about firearms.

I am sorry to hear that you have been affected by CZcams's policy changes to attack content providers in the firearm niche.
I did not realize the attack on firearms education would extend into an attack on channels supported by in-content advertisers and commercial business sponsors. I believed it would just become age restricted (16+ or 18+). I do not agree with Google's decision and hope you can migrate your content to another platform.
In the recent years, your channel has been an important resources for my firearms education. Your content ranks directly on Google search for many firearm search results and provides video demonstrations that I have been using in conjunction with Wikipedia to learn about firearms. I am aware you will also additionally lose this valuable Google search traffic, even if you migrate your content.
I don't know if it is possible but you may need to edit your content down to gun demonstrations organized by firearm name to supplement Wikipedia content to remain a success in Google. Someone may attempt to do this to gain the advertising revenue. I realize it may not be possible without the help of in-content advertised supporters creating a content void and redistributing your viewership to a long tail group of CZcams publishers.
Over 10 years ago, I ran a Google search partner content related business using their advertising program to generate revenue. As Google evolved it has completely put me out of business and considers my work as "Web Spam". Many content related sites have been replaced by Wikipedia and no longer rank on Google search. This had pushed me into homelessness and has me still literally living in a "poor house" (flop house) from which I have not yet been able to recover.
There has been violent incidents at the Google Adsense Advertising headquarters before related to storylines such as this.
Many of CZcams's recent content providers may now be considered softcore pornography and they may be next on the chopping block.
I hope you can figure out a migration and content plan to retain your viewership and Google search ranking. This may take video editing and retakes to keep the Google traffic source.
