Currently we cannot confirm this there might be changes in eligibility criteria for state quota I'll confirm it from relevant sources and will cover this in counseling video series on the channel itself 🙂

After alottment when you will be going to your allotted college for admission , at that time you need all those particular documents including noc if you've been to some other college before .

They are saying that if you have not entered Punjab as permanent resident state in neet from …you won’t be eligible

Aur neet ke form mai there is nothing as such as resident state...and above all they still haven't removed 1996 criteria from prospectus... Kya khichdi paka rkhi ha pta nhi unhone ne

Yes post matric scholarship scheme for sc students is there , you'll have to apply for it also this scholarship has a criteria that per annum family income should be less than 2.5 lakh with all sources and for that you'll have to produce a income certificate .
