If you write the installation media to a thumbdrive with an up to date version of Rufus, it will ask if you want to it to write the image with the TPM checks and online account requirements disabled so you don't even have to dig into the registry. Pretty nice.
Hi i notice that you have incredible art of technician and i want your help regarding my laptop i have dell precision m4800 intel i5 4-generation and i got pre_install 8 gigs of ram so i check the slot of laptop and order ddr3l 4x4 gigs of ram and after instaling my new ram it didn't show up on bios or in about pc section but it is showing in software called cpu-z the full 16gigs so its mean my ram slots are working my 4x4 ram sticks are old micron ram and new 4x4 are samsung transcend and 1 more thing before installing my new ram i check the bio and its showing my ram in dimm c and dimm d but ram is installed in dimm a and dimm b kindly share your experience with me and i did trouble shooting and removing ram to one slot to another slot not working i installed other ram sticks but not working either only 8gigs are working i am patiently waiting for your answer?

A26, 6/13/2019 and yes the frequency is same but brand is different 2 stick of 4x4 ram is samsung transcend and 2 stick of 4gigs x 4gigs are Micron technology both are PC3-12800 (800 MHz) DDR 3L i have tried to install 4 stick of ram in all slots 4giigs each with same brand and same frequency but only 8gigs are showing means that 2 out 4 slots are working i tried to install only 8gigs of on my other slot and working fine but 16 gigs together not working i have 4gb stick quantity 4 only 8 gb working but cpu-z software showing 16gigs with there name

@theblackturtle190 and just a warning about they way you are refering to ram 4 x 4GB means 4 sticks of 4GB. If you want to say 2 sticks of 4GB you should say 2 x 4GB. Otherwise it's really confusing and I struggeled to understand your situation.
@@UltimateDIY ahh sorry to confuse you english is not my default or mother language and i know my english is bad yes i have 4 sticks of 4gb 2 sticks of 4gb are samsung transcend and the other 2 sticks of 4gb are micron technology and it is also cofusing to me that why i have 4 slots on my laptop i watch some upgradion of dell precision m4800 laptop extact like my laptop on youtube and he also install 4 sticks of 4gb and it is working on that video its mean that my laptop is compatible with 16gb and thanks of your precious time and reply stay safe stay bless!

Hi. Do you have the latest bios version? What is your exact cpu model? Did you buy exactly the same frequency ram as your old one?
