Was watching the discords servers I am currently in (I am not used to discord) and taught this woud be my greatest challenge. But then I saw your video and made it step by step. Great contente here! Congrats :)

Two things...
1st.. To give mee6 bot permission to post, you need to go back to the verify channel settings, undo send message permission and then after adding the mee6 bot message go back and redo the send message permission.
2nd... on windows hit key; window+. it'll open an emoji tab, it doesn't necessary has all emojis you'll find on your cellphone but it has quite alot to choose from

For those having problems getting the Verify role to be assigned to people, the video misses out a step. After selecting the Checkmark â you need to click to the right of it and choose the actual role you want to assign.

Hey bro only thing I noticed, when I was a mod in a big server that did XP rank ups for WL, when making a new role "create private threads" will automatically be on for every new role you create. Some members figured out that they could make threads that nobody could visibly see - even the Founders or Mods. On top of that, you can create a private thread.. INSIDE A PRIVATE THREAD. This was a headache and a half as we had to remove XP, ban people, etc.
TLDR: MAKE SURE EVERY NEW ROLE YOU MAKE YOU DISABLE "CREATE PRIVATE THREADS"

Hey Everyone, if you facing problen with the verify role, just go to your discord, go to the verify tab settings and go to permissions and click on sync with welcome, and then do the Add Reaction Roles again it will give no error.

If the Verify reaction is not working try this. First, put the role of MEE6 above the Verified role in the Roles settings. Then, go to the Verified channel and grant permission to Send messages again, so MEE6 can send the Reaction role message to the channel. Now, create the Reaction role, name it, type the message, choose Emoji and find the checkmark. Then click on the arrow and choose Verified so it can assign this Role when people react. Now it's time to hit publish. Once you do that, go back to the Verified channel permissions and click on X in the Send messages option. Boom.
Thanks for the tips! Can we get a video on discord security and ways to prevent hacks? They have been a huge problem in many discords and still seem to be rampant after months of the same issues.
The hacks I've seen are from people posting links saying they won a prize or something, Enable the Delete and warn mode when someone spams chat on mee6
Have everyone with administrator or above perms enable two-factor authentication. This will make it a lot harder for you and your colleagues account to be hacked. Thatâs how a lot of discord servers end up going down.

awesome video. but i'm confused. so if you can make a count on a specific role with Mee6, isn't it better to just count 'verified' role for the count for all members instead of using another bot, ServerStats? I wanna know why we need ServerStats for counting. Thanks in advance.

It doesn't really matter, but one thing I notice is that when creating voice channels you can type emojis and space more freely than text channels.

Hi. Very informative. Thanks for doing this. So I got to the verify with mee6 part and had an error. I moved the mee6 to the 2nd position on the list but this did not work. It is saying i have to edit permission in the bot. Any thoughts?

I had to give MEE6 Administrator rights for it to work.

@@ryandm4966 settings > roles > mee6 > permissions. Then scroll all the way to the bottom, then you should see Administrator, turn it on. (This is within Discord server settings)

I did exactly what the video said, but people joining my channel wasn't able to get verified because they can't type in the verify channel.

no, the mint price is how much costs to mint the project, floor price is the minimum price someone asks on the resale page of the project(so the minimum resale price, someone decides to put)

When you have ERC 1155 tokens on Matic/Polygon chain, it request TOKEN ID when putting roles setup. Say there's 10k nfts and each one have different Token ID, how do you do it?

I was getting this error for mee6 "the bot cannot post in this channel. please fix the bot permissions". To fix that, I had to give admin permission to MEE6 bot role in discord.

We turn off messaging permissions in the Verify channel but Mee6 cant react in that channel unless messaging permissions are on for members
