In Iraq they call it Choubee and in Syria,Jordan and Lebanon they call it Debkih.

Both the music and the dance are in NO WAY related to the musuc in this video.
I have visited some of the countries in the listing including Turkey, never heard such music in Turkey !
How about a video with this kind of music and this dance from Turkey, Perhaps IRAQ has something similar but not the same.
@@JimmyTheGreek2000 Sorry for bothering you to search and to check. the دبكة dance and music has many many styles and forms in every country that l listed there are many forms ,beats, songs and styles to be danced but collectively all called Debkeh(دبكة) some of them resembles that of this song.
And about turkey that style resides in the south of turkey where the turkish kurds lives I may give you an example search for turkish kurdish wedding songs or dances in the south of turkey.
