Wow Mikey, you are one of the most gracious English fans I have ever had the pleasure to hear. As an Italian living in London, this win has brought me such an immense joy that it is difficult to put into words. But having been on the receiving end of a final PK loss I do feel compassion for nice supporters like yourself as I know how much this would have meant. And I also feel sorry for those 3 young and brave youngster who stepped up to take their penalty with the whole weight of a nation on their shoulders, only to go on and get abused for missing it. Football does seem to bring the worst out of people sometimes. But also the best like in your case. Respect.

Was totally neutral before match - thought England were very efficient and sometimes downright excellent in the tournament, (maybe apart from against us 😉🏴) but Italian guile and game management won through. The last time I was so happy in a Championship was when Germany beat Brazil 7-1 in the 2014 in World Cup and we won the final 1-0 against Argentina. Rarely has a country earned as little as Englad this year, so I'm just happy that Italy won🏆🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹❤❤

Sure, I wasn't too happy about it, but it was more concerned with the behaviour of the British fans and unfair players like Harry Maguire🤔

I felt very sorry for England...ok they had some bad fans( who hasnt?) They booed the Anthem ( who doesn't..remember is was in naples this bad habit has started 30 years ago) but winning a massive tournament like this is something you wish everybody can feel. We deserved to win as the team who played best football through the tournament and in the final but after all winning to penalties it s also a matter of luck,we lost so many times with amazing squads in the past..as u said it's great to have managed to get there,and through defeats,even hard ones like this you get self awareness and grew up forbthe next chance.congrats for the video and the amazing atmosphere given by Wembley this is something everybody should be thankful England for

Dear English friends, I am Italian, I think the two teams are equivalent. Penalties are a lottery and England could have won too. However I think it is not easy to play with 90% of the spectators against. However, I have always admired England but it is not nice, to "Boooo" to the anthem of the opponents, to step on the flag and to beat opposing fans.
