Your project will turn into the one that got away, and your daily will be the one that wants all your attention.. best of luck finding what you like friend

I'm a Mopar guy, but as a real car guy will tell you - any car you can get your hands on is a cool car. I'd say the best bet is to get an old C10 pickup. Infinite parts, cheap, easy to build, and you're gonna get either a 350 or a 305 - some people will tell you not to waste time building a 305 but I built tons of them for fun. Either way any SBC motor will be perfect for a new build, every step is completely documented. With a bit of youtube even a new guy with limited tools can take C10 with an SBC and install a Comp Thumpr cam in just a weekend. Buy some dual headers if you don't have any and pop some 8 inch glass packs on it - pure happiness right there.

She's breathing good and quite snappy response. I hope the transmission can hold up to that beast. Good idea for swapping out that 10 bolt rear with a nine inch rear. The ass end is going to try to outrun the front end so you're going to have to drive this beast with your right foot as well. Nice car.

Sounds like a badass setup. Yeah right now the car has an rv 454 with the thumpr cam, old weiand single plain intake with a summit 750 on top. Has crazy amounts of low end torque and decent mid range power. Can't wait to actually build it though. Later I'm gonna throw piston and and rods at it. I have 502 rectangle port heads for it. Then put a real bump stick in it. Probably solid flat tappet cause I'm cheap lol. Shooting for 600+ hp.

Maybe someday. I'm more function over form. I'd rather have a fast piece of junk than a really nice slow car. Plus I don't feel bad went I beat on it. The cars really not that bad needs a driver fender and a paint job. Still has the full interior the seats aren't ripped. It's a decent car to me. Especially when I got it for only $400

Ok then sounds like your not a fan of third gen f body I assume. Yes the car needs a finder and a paint job. But other than that it's solid. Plus it's what I can afford right now. Thanks for the input 👍
