I absolutely LOVE how this classic chinese dish turned out, only one problem is that it's too much food! I've been eating nothing but this for 2 days now!! Not that I hate it, of course, it's absolutely fantastic! The flavors all blend together and the presentation is nothing short of fantastic! I might make this for my family and friends, 10/10!
