This is the exact same ramen recipe that is used on a daily basis by chefs all throughout Japan. Never made ramen before? Don't worry! Simply follow the step by step instructions. It's quick & easy! Will probably take you longer to clean up.
There are a few different types of ramen. The most popular ones are; Shio ramen, Shoyu ramen, Miso ramen & Tonkotsu ramen. This recipe video can be used to make all of these - Simply substitute some of the ingredients to your desired ramen.

@@RaTcHeT302I know a little Japanese, and I think they're actually talking about HTB here ("I can't stop crying when I think of how many hours *he* spent boiling noodles to make this video"). In Japanese, you can omit pronouns (I, you, he, they, etc) and let them be implied through context. Auto-translators choose one anyway, usually first-person (I, me, we, etc), even when something else might fit better - in this case, he.
Sorry to say I can't translate this whole thing myself though. I don't know all of my kanji yet... but I do notice there aren't any first-person pronouns in there, like 私 (わたし) (watashi) or 僕 (ぼく) (boku), nor do I see the pronoun I'd usually associate with "he", namely 彼 (かれ) (kare). That's why I think they just left them out entirely, and the translator re-inserted the wrong ones.

Beautiful! Let me write this down!
Part 1: Creating the broth
Step 1: Place pork into a bowl
Step 2: Fill bowl with water
Step 3: Soak it for 1 hour
Step 4: Drain & Rinse the pork bones
Step 5: Place pot on stove
Step 6: Fill pot with 2/3 Water
Step 7: Make the water boil! (When bubbles come then it means it's startin' to boil!)
Step 8: Place Bones into the boily HOT water (Boil for 15 minutes)
Step 9: Discard water and rinse bones
Step 10: Place bones into large pot
Step 11: Add onion, 6 garlic cloves, chopped leek, add chili, add ginger, spring onion, mushrooms and fill with water.
Step 12: Bring it to boillll
Step 13: Cover and reduce heat, Simmer for 5 hours
Part 2: Boiling the Eggs
Step 1: Boil the eggs in a pot with boiling water
Step 2: Place egg into cold water
Part 3: Preparing pork belly
Step 1: Place pork belly onto chopping board
Step 2: Evenly cut in half
Step 3: Get a bowl and fill with 200ml soy sauce, 100ml worcest- wor- worcester- worcestersh- worcestershire sauce, 100ml sesame oil, Salt, and chili powder
Step 4: Marinate pork belly for 1 hour
Step 5: Cook 2 minutes for each side
Part 4: Preparing the noodles
Step 1: Fill pot with boiling water
Step 2: Add the noodles
Step 3: Cook for 5 minutes
Step 4: Strain noodles
Part 5: Straining the broth
Step 1: Strain the broth
Part 6: Assembling the ramen
Step 1: Repeat what HowToBasic does.
Step 2: Add noodles

I looked up some videos on how to make ramen, I watched and I made some mid ramen but I didn’t watch all the way until the end so I didn’t see the extra EXTRA ramen that was added. I sent this video to my mom and she asked me what in the hell kind of ramen I made.
Not even a real tutorial and still makes a living out of it, really amazing what children can grow up to do.
