Did you wash the pot out before cooking? Do not use metal utensils in this pot so that you do not start scratching the coating. Actually looks, to on the screen, med. rare. Did you tenderize the meat?
I did wash the pot before cooking 🤣! I used what I had, which was the metal tongs, plus the pot doesn't have much room to work with for basting! I did not tenderize the meat, but after recording, I noticed it looked like it was a little over medium rare
You said you read the instructions... Obviously you didn't because page one would have told you to wash it before use

Do you need battery iron anything to power it up?
You would need to plug this in an outlet to get this to work. It's portable but not the way I thought it was.
