INGREDIENTS:
For Chhena:
* Full Cream Milk (फुल क्रीम दूध) - 1 litre
* Lemon Juice (नींबू का रस) - 1 tbsp
* Water (पानी)
* Salt (नमक) - 1 pinch
* Leftover Chhena Water (बचा हुआ छेने का पानी) - 3-4 spoon
For Cream Cheese:
* Chhena (छेना) - 1/2 cup
* Hungcurd (गाढ़ा दही) - 1/2 cup
* Milk (दूध) - 2-3 spoon
* Icing Sugar (आइसिंग शुगर) - 1 cup
* Vanilla Essence (वेनिला एसेंस) - some drops
For Cheese Spread:
* Hung curd (गाढ़ा दही)
* Chhena (छेना)
* Leftover Chhena Water (बचा हुआ छेने का पानी)
For Garlic Cheese Spread:
* Cheese Spread (चीज़ स्प्रेड)
* Salt (नमक) - some
* Chilli Flakes (चिली फलैक्स)
* Garlic (लहसुन) - grated
* Spring Onion (हरी प्याज)
* Basil Leaves (तुलसी के पत्ते)
* Coriander Leaves (हरा धनिया)
RECIPE:
For Chhena, keep some Milk for heating, curdle it with Lemon Juice & Water mixture. Keep a strainer on a bowl, then put a cloth on it & put Chhena in it. Wash the Chhena & tie it for 15 mins.
Mash it & put it in a mixer jar, put some Chhena Leftover Water, Salt & grind it.
For Hung curd, take some Curd, tie it in a cloth & keep it in fridge for overnight.
For Cream Cheese, take some Chhena, Hung curd, some Milk, Icing Sugar & Vanilla Essence. Whisk it properly. In this way, Cream Cheese will get ready.
For Cheese Spread, take some Chhena, Hung curd, Chhena Leftover Water & grind them. Cheese Spread will get ready.
For Garlic Cheese Spread, take some plain Cheese Spread, put some Chili Flakes, grated Garlic, Spring Onion, Basil Leaves & Coriander Leaves then mix them all. Garlic Cheese Spread will get ready. You can use it on Bread Toasts.
