INGREDIENTS:
For Cheese:
* Milk (दूध) - 1 Litre
* Vinegar (सिरका) - 4-5 Tbsp
* Hot water (गर्म पानी) - Some
* Salt (नमक) - Some
For Cheese Bread:
* Bread slice (ब्रेड स्लाइस)
* Tomato ketchup (टोमेटो सॉस)
* Cheese slice (चीज़ स्लाइस)
* Oregano/Chili flakes (ओरिगैनो,चिली फ्लेक्स)
* Butter (बटर)
RECIPE:
Take some Raw Full Cream Milk, boil it lightly & turn off the flame. Put Vinegar in the Milk gradually and stir it continuously & collect the Cheese. Then squeeze it properly & put the Cheese in Ice Cold Water for some time. Then squeeze it properly & put the Cheese in Hot Water then squeeze it properly & wrap the squeezed Cheese with Clean Wrap & tie it tightly. Put the Cheese in a bowl & keep in the fridge for 2 hours. In this way, Mozzarella Cheese will get ready easily at home.
Take some Bread Slices, apply some Tomato Ketchup on the Slices, put some Cheese, Oregano & Chili Flakes and roast it in a pan with Butter by covering it. Cheese Bread will get ready with Homemade Mozzarella Cheese.
