- THIS TRUCK COSTS $2950.00 USD. WHAT AN AWESOME MACHINE!! I could only tell in the editing process that this engine STILL HAS MORE TO GO! WOW, what an upgrade over the stock engine, and pipe. This is fantastic..! The TMR Performance Engine & Pipe upgrade seems to be a must-have for this Primal RC Raminator, to take the truck "to the next level". As always, full transparency - the engine was sent to me by TMR, for me to enjoy on my own time. They didn't ask me to make a video - but I ALWAYS DO anyway! Hands down, my clutch was working as it should, and getting lots of torque off the starting line. I could hear that the engine is still not quite at Full REV Capacity, as I take the final jump in this film. More tuning, and warmer weather.. will bring me even MORE SPEED!

When u build the ramp for each time u put a layer on , spray it with water .
Will help it bind and freeze in that crazy temp weather .

DRIFTER 420 it works so good. Plus it’ll make the ramps last longer into spring.
Massive Sand tires after breakin will deal with the powdered snow .. It really was rich on the top end rightly so if it was a break in. But if it is as cold as you said way leaner on the mix massive amounts of oxygen and cooling power. You could hear 1/8th nitro buggies scale sounds from that gas engine.
or table salt is what snowboard crews use to build lips to ride down handrails in snowy canadian cities dont have to layer either.

The suspension seems like it’s too firm.

I think a lot of it has to do with a good portion of the truck being unsprung weight
Peter Otto that’s part of the equation.
But I’ve seen this truck run on this channel and on other channels on warmer days and the suspension is super soft and soaks up all the bumps.
It’s definitely because of the cold, it’s increased the viscosity of the shock oil and doesn’t allow it to flow through the valving like it normally would.
It's a monster truck, it's supposed to be stiff so that it will react to jumps correctly

Canadian winters are brutal. I work outside in this, and no joke, it sucks !!! But out playing in the snow, especially like this, keeps us sane (ish ). Great video, that thing is just so massive !!
That thing is a absolute beast, I love the way it jumps them big snow mounds like their nothing and lands so solid just like the way it would on a real monster truck. Obviously it’s a lot better outside but I think it’s still a bit rich so when you have it fully tuned it’s going to be nasty ! At least you finally got it figured out and running sweet ! Awesome stuff !! 👍✌️

Forever 20 I understand how it is that electric RC cars are primarily easier to work on and can read faster top speeds more quickly and more cost-effectively I was referencing how fast it goes referring to the new engine simply because I was curious.
Its almost like it dont want to rev out like 2stroke do needs the carb messed with but you can tell its was faster then stock
These engines are Chinese tool based engines that are used on brush cutters etc. They will never rev like other RC engines CY , Zen.

My son and I have watched your videos for many years. He’s the same age as mo so Ive seen his progress in the hobby the same as you experience with your son. We went out ripping in the snow this weekend. He got a little heavy on the throttle and broke some front end parts. He thought I was going to be mad but just the opposite. It gave us a chance to sit down together and research what parts we needed to fix it and then work on the truck together.
