- Spending a day at the Getaway House Cabin and made my favorite combo of grilled meat, spicy salad, and sticky rice. In this video, I show you how to make Moo Ping, Thai BBQ pork skewers. The spicy salad that is paired with the skewers is eaten throughout Laos & Northeast Thailand (Isaan). I hope you enjoy the video. Take care.

🍢 INGREDIENTS* THAI BBQ PORK SKEWERS
Pork Belly - 1 lb / 454 g
Garlic - 8 cloves
Cilantro Stem - 5 bunches (see video)
Black Pepper - 1 tsp
Coriander Powder - 1/2 tsp
Palm Sugar - 2 tbsp shaved packed, or 34 g
White Sugar - 1 tbsp
Oyster Sauce - 3 tbsp
Golden Mountain Seasoning Sauce - 2 tbsp
Thin Soy Sauce - 2 tbsp
Thai Black Soy Sauce - 2 tbsp (see video)
Coconut Milk - 1 cup
Vegetable Oil - 1 tbsp
Corn Starch - 1 tbsp

What are some of your favorite foods to eat at a picnic, cookout, or a camping trip?
The best for picnic in Thailand area for me is gai yang, papaya salad, beef salad(larb), tom saap (tender beef soup), sticky rice, thai beef jerky, grilled meatballs with spicy tamarind sauce, moo satay, and of course the grilled fish with rice vermicelli (khanom jeen).
