Even I agree with you, writing notes is better than any other method. There is a general proverb that "I hear I forget. I see & I remember. I write & I understand". The more the students put their efforts more they will gain. Mam I am from assam and I would like to mention one point, i.e : The Kaziranga NP situated at the south bank of brahmaputra and The Nameri National park is situated at the bank of Kameng river.

My home is on the river bank of Jia Bharali (Kameng).
In Arunachal it's called Kameng,when it enters Assam it's called Jia Bharali.

I'm from North East India Arunachal Pradesh under Kurung Kumey district which has near Chin border Koloriang Head quarter. Whereas here i want to clear one thing for those aspirants of UPSC exam i.e, Lower Subansiri largest tributaries of MIGHTY BRAHMAPUTRA RIVER flowing western Arunachal.
Let me tell you KURUNG RIVER is the one river which is DARK GREY in water colour. Later KURUNG RIVER flow towards the Lower SUBANSIRI district and it has called the Largest tributaries of BRAHMAPUTRA in western Arunachal Pradesh.
This is fact and thank me later.
