I know they're not used to cold winter temps, but they look like they're having a blast.
That being said, I'm from VT and as a kid I would lay face first in the snow for ages, once you get past the initial shock of cold, the snow insulates your face heat and it's very cozy
Being raised in Michigan i used to do the same thing i also used to make furniture in the piles after they plowed the snow

Fellow Vermonter and as I kid I loved burying myself in snow. I still love winter unfortunately though I have developed cold urticaria meaning I am allergic to the cold

Lucky! For me the low 70s to 60s are chilly. It rarely gets the the 40s or 50s where I am TwT

eating snow itself doesn't actually keep you hydrate because youll use more energy melting it down into liquid to hydrate yourself. It's better to let it melt into water and then drink it.
