I have your precision amp now and I’m replacing it with the hertz amp can I just use the existing battery and cable ground to the new hertz amp?

No, the hertz amp has a larger power and ground cable that is specific to it

The hertz sx690neo are more efficient = louder, clearer, and handle more power, they also have a better warranty, really no comparison between the 2, hertz are better in every way

When I Bought my 9813SG. Stereo I didn't get that mounting plate for the amp
