By far the most fun deck I've seen anyone play on the early access! Great job! Pillage the Bog is absolutely insane, it will let you find a combo piece or any answer you need. Smuggler's Surprise is also great early in the game, the mill 4 and return 2 creature/land cards for 3 mana is a decent rate. I think the mode where you play the second ability during your opponent's turn is a little too obvious, and Golgari tends to play tapped out most of the time, at least not leave all their mana up at the end of their turn. Ghalta feels somewhat out of place, but I guess a single copy does not hurt that much.
I think a 4th tailswipe would be more useful than a 4th smuggler surprise. It combos really well with the obliterator. And pillage the bog, I think you add at least one more in exchange for a smuggler surprise. For more consistency to draw the right cards. But the deck seems to be pretty good otherwise.
I still play your last Golgari brew! this one looks great too! Can't wait to try it out. Did Ghalta ever have a chance to come out? I don't think I saw it
Unfortunately no :( I wanted to try things out but maybe is best to play a similar Obliterator build like I was playing before but with the smuggler surprise , and then a different list for the black spree card , with things like sheoldred ! Like Malone was playing towards the end of the video :)
Feel like this one might end up actually getting a ban or some kind of change. Its basically a turn 5 insta kill your opponent that isnt hard to pull off.
What changes would you recommend to make it for Explorer/Pioneer? Or would you recommend the combo in another shell? I'm specifically referring to the bloodletter combo

I'll return when Obliterater has rotated out. That 1 card wins the game almost everytime. Way to powerful

combos, combos, ramps.. It's not going to be a fun meta in standard. win before turn 5 or lose if you play fair. It's disheartening
