I tried this using the settings you mentioned above and after 2min they burned and the paper was stuck on the barrel. I use a SG500 Printer and the paper that came with it. I'm not even sure what happened and why it burned so badly. I'm more upset that I wasted two barrels...😔

will this work 4 pen wraps and if so wat size would u make those so they dont overlap and the pencils as well??
Hi, for our designs we do a little bit of overlap. The size we use for the pens and pencils are 4.8 x 1.5 since they are interchangeable.

What size are the designs?
These designs are 4.8 inches by 1.5 inches. Keep in mind, we simply allowed for overlap on them and did not line the design up perfectly.
