- FTB with TREND is a great F2P option
- SPEED boots great if NO Sparkle/Bronya OR she gains more stacks herself (SIG LC / E2)
- ATK ORB is GOOD ALTERNATIVE (because A6 gives 90% dmg bonus)
- WELT SUSTAIN is fine teammate option
- GLASS CANNON COMP (no sustain) is good IF you play it properly. dont let the enemies get turns :)
- PEARLS OF SWEAT is GREAT LC for ANY nihility teammate; i placed emphasis on PELA because 4 STAR and she has built in DEF REDUCTION

I've been seeing a lot of people say atk orb is better for her. Is dmg orb just outright better for her or is it close enough to go down to subs?
@@fadedmogli5179 Atk% edges out slightly due to the amount of DMG% she has baked in her kit. But the difference is small enough that you'll just be comparing between substats.
Don't forget that you can use food in SU if you have the last part of the ability tree unlocked so...
Correction on Fermata
It increases ALL types of damage to enemies with a Shock or Wind Shear dot on them INCLUDING all DOT damage types
Wording could be more clear but everyone always misreads this one. It's actually a decent 4star alternative if you put Kafka and/or black swan/sampo on your team so the damage bonus is always active
And break effect is actually relevant if you run Ruan Mei in the team comp

Let me interrupt.
RES PEN & RES DOWN essentially the same, and additive to each other within the damage formula.
The only difference between them is:
RES PEN is a BUFF, and character/enemy with it will basically inflicts more damage to related element (such as Fire-Ele RES PEN) or all elements (All-RES PEN)
RES DOWN is a DEBUFF, and character/enemy with it will basically takes more damage of related element or all elements.
1 thing I need to mention that Fire MC with Trend of the Universal Market LC will become one of the best teammate for Acheron as Fire MC's taunt also counted as debuff. Also, if there are 5 enemies on the field and all of them getting taunted by fire MC, each of them will be getting the burn debuff by hitting Fire MC. It will be total of 1 (taunt) + 5 enemies = 6 charges for Acheron in a single cycle. Correct me if Im wrong, thank you @Xlice
Fire MC isn't a reliable solo sustain. What do you do to keep your team alive?
@@NunazacWe're assuming that you spam Taunt every turn (with ATK boots Acheron and really fast Pela+Sw SP is not gonna be a problem ever) and that you have high EHR on them (you want to it to proc the Market every time). So your team should only ever be getting damage from AoE, and even then with 15% reduction and small shield. It's way more than enough to survive most enemies.
@@Nunazac there are multiple videos here on youtube that show the MC being enough for solo sustain MoC12 rn provided your team can clear fast enough and the MC is invested enough (which should be for MoC anyway), so I think its a valid option for people who dont have other options and own the Trends LC and dont want to spend the guaranteed ticket on Gepard
I run fire Mc with gepards lc, e6s5 guin e6s5 black swan and e6tingyun, I'll replace tingyun with acheron. Fmc has more then enough sustain already with that team, adding acheron is just icing on thee cake.
isn't it the case that you cannot gain more than one stack for acheron in a single action? just like how pela's ult applies defense down on all the enemies but she only gives acheron one ult stack

FTB with Trend is a highly valuable option for a more aggressive Preservation synergy. Not only can they use Trend LC, The Fire Break counts as a DoT whilst Gepards wouldn't, and the application of Taunt is also counted as a debuff, further giving Acheron stacks of Slashed Dream. I know FTB is chronically over looked cause they're free and everyone has the character, but I very strongly believe FTB will be the best F2P support that everyone has access to.
but it's not suitable as a solo sustain unit, that's why Gepard/Fu Xuan is the better option.
@@alexandrusava6980 Yes, that is the same mindless drivel I've been hearing to dismiss the character, but you don't need to sustain, you need to only live long enough and generate enough stacks for Acheron to obliterate the enemies. It's the same principle as Welt.
@@alexandrusava6980don't get me wrong I get where you're coming from but fire mc can solo sustain pretty well if you built them properly. I know so because I have been using fmc for a few patches now for moc 12 clears for fun and it works well.
@@merafera3390 i'm sure it can hold it's own in most fights, but i do think it starts to struggle in prolong fights, aoe attacks and dot damage that starts creeping in fast. If all your characters are built slightly beefier than usual it should be fine, but there's always that possibility where it's simply not enough shielding.
@@_ViIe_ it's not a comfy pick, you always need to be mindful of the next attack, most casual players will probably die or need a couple of resets to clear content in MOC. And if Acheron can't clear the wave in one cycle it starts to become painful really fast. I get it, high risk, high reward character, but if the DPS check isn't there, it's simply not the preservation you need in that team.

Guinaifen is actually able to implant debuffs without utilizing skillpoints. Her debuff can hit on her basics and she can carry Resolution Shines Like Pearls of Sweat PLUS her debuff synergizes with fire units, if another fire nihility ever comes out or if someone has E2.
From what I hear, Firekiss doesn't count for acheron's slashed dream? Is that the debuff ur talking about?

I want to bring to attention one thing about the Ensnare debuff of Resolution, is that it doesn't land if the enemy is already affected by it. So suppose you are landing a debuff with Pela, (1 stack of Ache Ult) and then Pela goes 1-2 more times (since Pela is built with Speed) but the enemy has been slowed/delayed (Ruan Mei or either with Welt or Silver Wolf), the Ensnare debuff will not land and Ache will not get a Ult stack.
I know this is for Pela, but Gui is also built similarly.

Wow great guide. I’m glad you got into the server because I haven’t really watched your content before easy sub.
A small point for Sustainers, while similar to Gallagher as their solo sustain capiabilities are not very strong, Fire Main Character is also an option, they benefit from the Effect hit Rate as they also can apply a debuff every turn (Taunt) while also forcing the enemies to hit them, causing burns to battery Acheron super fast, which she'll need because as I said, Fire MC is not very good at solo-sustain.
seen tests on him, he's actually good, some situations he could in spot he won't able to aoe heal, but he does good job healing though, you will need copies if you want cleanse he needs E2
Gallaghers healing is actually really good if you're building high break effect, judging by the lackluster heal in the video he had absolutely none. Considering his heals do scale of break effect. He cleanses at e2 which isnt too much of a tall ask for a featured 4 banner 4star. Im extremely looking forward to using him.

Though I do disagree with Atk Boots, particularly if you either have E2 or E0S1 - or both. 134+ speed makes her able to spam her skill and ultimate so consistently that teammate variety increases by a lot. The rate at which she'll be able to use her ultimate vs a little extra attack is a world of difference, as she doesn't gain energy from outside means like Tingyun/Huohuo or even just getting hit.
Getting 2 stacks per turn (or 3 if E2S1) is massive for her rotations, and doing that more often seems to be a lot better than dealing 10% more damage and taking a little longer to do so.
I would argue that a lot of time some extra speed would only grand you 1-2 extra turn but it still comedown case by case and what substat you get on it
If you go spd boots with sparkle i don't think you would survive since that team has no sustain. So for zero cycle 160+ sparkle with atk boots Archeron is way better. In calculations yeah slow sparkle or bronya with 134/135 Archeron would performs much better but you would be dead even before getting the second turn for Archeron with a setup like that without a sustain in game.
@@kaseyatakahashi9753 but then it's a case by case scenario; only with Sparkle would Atk boots be 100% always optimal. I for one will keep Sparkle glued to my DHIL on MoC, for example. Bronya with one speed behind is also great with a dps on speed boots, as it's simply even more extra turns.
And say I want to run Acheron with Ruan Mei or another upcoming Harmony or even a Preservation unit that debuffs - speed boots would still maintain consistent value in terms of nº of turns. I'd say that's more valuable than some extra attack you'll already be getting from multiple sources in her build, such as entirely forgoing ERR rope as it's unnecessary, being able to use Atk rope instead. All of her minor traces are offensive too, which is a nice bonus.
Oh so I guess I was lucky getting speed Pioneer boots with double crit substat after all. It went into crit rate twice.

Good news? That's not very good news lol. F2P and gambling on a lightcone banner for 4-stars, name a more horrible combo. This character is not F2P at all, if a player was truly f2p I'd just say go with Kafka/Swan instead who can reasonably use f2p lightcones of Fermata and Showtime to decent effect and get numerous characters along the way, or Jingliu who has her best support Bronya as a guarantee from 300 selector and a usable Herta shop LC.

for my sustain unit I plan on using Fire MC with Trends LC as the MC's E Taunt counts as a debuff and Trends inflicts a debuff per stack which has really good synergy with Acheron, going to look into a Aventurine as well (also future healing Nihility unit on the way to replace all options for sustain~)
I don't want to be THAT debby downer, but healing on a Nihility unit sounds contradictive to the concept of Nihilism, if the devs stay true to that.
Nihilism breathes "Nothing matters in life. Let it all rot away to nothingness." Not exactly the heal-y type.
And a side of me says "nothing's impossible" but also another side of me expects the devs to stick with the theme. (coz it's cool)
So, proceed with minimum expectation is what I suggest.

I don't think it was mentioned but the fire mc taunt skill is considered a debuff too, with universal trend it works really well so that's something to consider too.
Yes also you build already effect rate in fire mc for the taunt, so not big deal for universal trend working better, the problem is that most people will get gallagher free plus his dupes if pulling archeron, he seems great at E2 and free lightcone

The way she can heal up with Galagher's Ult debuff is great ^_^ definitely pairing them up
For Trend of the Universal Market, it allows your Preservation character welcome effect hit rate sub stats (at least 50%) and run Belobog Planar ornament to catch up to the missing Def% rolls. I have a shielding 4 piece with Belobog March 7th for cheesing Golden Gears. Can interchange it with Gepard for Acheron support. 😁

Quick question on the SPD boots, particularly for E6 since you do a decent amount of damage with E do you believe it's still an ATK boot angle over SPD?
You can use hanabi/bronya/both and stick with atk boots, althrought 134 spd transform her in your average dps but with higher damage ceiling and costy ultimate
Yes spd is overall better if you have her at higher eidolons, atk gives like 10% dmg boost, not worth it over being able to ult every 2 turn

24:46 gui can inflict burn with basic attacks so she can easily be sp positive.
you can even play her with full energy recharge to make her apply even more debuffs because most of the damage is coming from acheron

I have:
E6 G lady (80% built)
E0 black swan unbuilt
E2 pela unbuilt
E1 welt well built.
I was agonizing over which one to build out, still kinda am.
Honestly Luocha seems super good for the Acheron + Welt combo since he's really the only SP positive 5 star sustain

I'm going to get Acheron, using Acheron / Pela / Gepard and maybe Black Swan or Bronya, and then pulling for Jingliu. After that, maybe I'll do passive farming for a long, long time until some unit comes out for Acheron. Waiting for Caterina and Constance if they become playable ofc.
A bit of note, if this wasn't changed in the beta, kafka can activate 1 stack of acheron's ult when using kafka's follow-up atk
The one thing I want to know about Acheron is, how well does the setting to tone down flashing visuals work on her ultimate?

i prefer to see the extra sd/ck from her e2 as making up for the loss in sd/ck generation due to having one less nihility unit. so when you trade 1 nihility for 1 harmony, the trade off is simply the difference in damage amplification those two units provide. i.e., you don't have to think as much about the difference in acheron's ult uptime when considering 2 nihility vs. 1 nihility 1 harmony

About the Lc, fermata is a good option for those who has Sampo on their account. While Sampo himself doesn't help with amplifying Acheron's damage, Acheron gets so much self buff from her kit so she'll still do a lot of damage. Black Swan is a better pick if they pulled for her previously.

I would’ve liked « goodnight sleep well » LC cuz apparently it’s a very good f2p weapon and I kept seeing builds where Welt’s weapon wasn’t there so I was a little worried
But then again I’m using it and she deals pretty good damage although she’s not finished at all.

Honestly, acheron is a very easy skip for me. The only thing that appeals to me was the instakill, but I realized that I wouldn't use it because I have enough materials from mobs. Also, I have 2 lighting dps's kafka and jing yuan( who is really strong now). And all ready have the diversity for other content. So saving for aventurine. But good luck to those who are pulling for her.
The insta kill also works in SU, GNG and other content so if you wanna save your time on that, its up on the table. And her being a colorless breaker is what sold me on her. I don't like having dps for each type.
@XieI I only do SU weekly stuff and salvage any bad relics, then forge any rope or sphere. Also, I never cared for colorless that much. Because just the diversity I already have built. But I'm pretty sure I might get her on her re run I'll just have to see.
As for me, my Electro coverage is only Jing Yuan, but I'm not satisfied with how Lightning Lord works. I'm planning to replace him with Acheron as long as I can get her with my low funds.
Both Jing Yuan and Acheron are backloaded-type of Damage Dealer, where the former relies on LL while the latter relies on the Ultimate + allies that can inflict debuff. I'd rather have more character with versatile backloaded damage such as Acheron. xD
On top of that, speedrunning SU and its side contents (SD & G&G) would be a major quality of life for me personally. 🙏
Only have JY but probably will skip as well with similar reasons. Going for JL instead caused lack of ice dps. Might consider again when she reruns.
I'm skipping, too... E0S1 also requires so much investment as she is like Erudition. If there is a single boss like Meme, her dmg will greatly reduce. E2, I can't get it anyway. She is a whale friendly character.
Finally my fire MC will see use with Universal Market LC
