Yes they buffed him in the most powerful way possible. They removed the slow from his W. It doesn’t sound like much but it was a massive QoL improvement and took him from niche 4 AD pocket pick to general menace to society.
rammus was the first champ I bought when I got this game and immediately used a refund token after I played him once. this was 2013/14
I preferred the old editing that really made my day. This is fine too I will still watch your videos. It wouldnt make sense if I watched it for the editing only but I will miss the "old days"
