I think he totally likes this one the best out of all his musicals. Profoundly listenable, intimately powerful... and edgy in its own crazy doo-wop way. Loved seeing him talk us through it.
I was in the pit for little shop and I'd never heard the music for it before. It took me a few days and I was singing all the songs constantly. 😂 of course when I saw that Alan Menken composed it I died of happiness before we even played through it
