Dennis buddy my wishes to you to get better Never been to Tulum Thanks thru ur footage i feel like i was there already Love you both
Thank you Ricardo âșïž
Beautiful location. Hope Dennis is feeling better.
Thank you đ€
This is such a cool couple , who are posting entertaining and educational videos for us to learn from . One thing is the food though - I heard many stories about people who got sick from eating certain things . You always have to be careful choosing the place where you eat because the last thing you need in a foreign country while you travel is to get sick .
Thank you. Glad you enjoy it. Yes getting sick in another country is no fun, but is a part of international travel.
That taco place is the best I need them in my life right now
Haha seriouslllyyy!
Hope Dennis is better! As an older person this is one of my worst fears, becoming ill while away from home! Thank you for sharing your beautiful trip.
Thank you :)
mexico is grate we miss it
It is so amazing!
Very informative. Been there and stayed in town, that's definitely the way to go unless you have a huge pocket book. Beaches were the best I've ever seen.
We are praying for you guys especially Dennis , please let us know his outcome, God bless you both , Brian n Marta
Thank you Brian!
Another great video! I really enjoy your videos. Your content is always informative, upbeat, fun, and interesting!
Thank you Jud! So glad you enjoy them âșïž
I love following you two in Mexico! Keep posting Dennis and Liz!
Aw thank you! We appreciate your support and glad you enjoy! - Liz
Great tour log! Thanks. Ours prayers are with Dennis- that he will feel better real soon so you can travel on. đđ»đđ»đđ»
Thank you!
Love this video! Two thumbs up. I really enjoyed seeing tulum it seems like a beautiful place but pricy. Really enjoying your content. Hope Dennis gets to feeling better. Safe travels.
Thank you Karina!
Awesome video and great description and historical background. Sooo đcool
Glad you enjoyed the video!
Cenotes really look like they'd be a cool place to visit. Cool video enjoyed it thanks sharing. Beaches look beautiful.
Yes beautiful beaches and great cenotes
One of your best videos, and your beach videos are the best đ
Thank you! Glad you enjoyed it âșïž
Been to Tulum about 12 yrs ago. It is beautiful and chaotic. Nice video- hope Dennis starts feeling better.
Thank you!
Tulum is one of the places I definitely want to go to. Itâs sooo in my list
Awesome! Hope you enjoy it :)
You guys truly do a stand-up job & give SO much good info! â€ïž Sure hope Dennis is feeling better by now!
Thank you Babs! Glad you find our videos fun and helpful âșïž
Oh, I hope Dennis is okay and that it's nothing serious. Sending prayers and good wishes for him. The hotel row looked FABULOUS but seriously expensive. Wishing you both well. Have a great week.
Thank you so much! Appreciate you watching Dolly - Liz
Thank you for your very informative and honest review of Tulum. Just finished watching two other youtubers who also gave reviews on Tulum but your video was by far the best. Oddly enough the other youtubers have drastically more subscribers.
Thanks John! Glad you enjoyed the video and felt it was a fair and honest review. Tulum is right for the right person or experience, but I think there are better beach towns to enjoy in Mexico! Help our channel grow by sharing! The more we reach (hopefully) the more subscribers we'll get :)
Stay well you two. Hope Dennis is better after his visit to hospital.
Thank you! :)
Wow great episode you two. I visited Tulum ruins waaaay back in 1989, and Iâm thinking there wasnât much of Tulum there then other than the ruins and small town. I seem to remember same with Playa del Carmen, just a sleepy little town back then. Crazy how they grown. I hope Dennis is feeling better, and looking forward to next weeks vlog already. đđ»đđšđŠ
I bet it was completely different! Thank you for the well wishes - Liz
Me encanta su canal, siempre veo sus vĂdeos đ€©
Muchas gracias Brenda!
Great video! I became financially free recently, and I canât wait to start traveling!!! I love travel vlogs and videos in the meantime! Keep your content coming! Iâm following!
Wohoo! Congratulations, that's amazing! Glad you're following along until you hit the road - Liz
Great video and views. Feel better Dennis.
Thank you â€ïž
Poor Dennis! Hoping he feels better already!
Thank you!
Beautiful beaches when you go there when open and nice food it is expensive there. But glad you found somewhere cheaper to go eat and drink instead of paying $30.00. Sorry Dennis was feeling sick. Then he felt better. Sorry he was sick again. Hope he gets better. See you in next video. Get well soon Dennis.
Thank you so much Sherri! - Dennis
Great Videos, Thanks for sharing, Stay safe.
Thanks for watching!
Awesome vlog! Hope Dennis is feeling better!
Thank you!
Tuluuuum. ÂĄMuy dramĂĄtico! Gotta say, there was a touch of Cousin Eddie the way Dennis was kicked back enjoying his coffee in the grocery store parking lot. đ The ruins, cenotes, and tacos look great, but the hotel zone seems a bit intense. Hope Dennis is on the mend! âđ»
You're right on all fronts. Haha the grocery camping was ridiculous! - Liz
Hope Dee is well... be safe thanks for an amazing video. - IvĂĄn
Gracias Ivan!
We just returned from The Beach Tulum, where we celebrated New Year, and in one word...wow!
Check out my review of Tulum.
Awesome thank you! We will!
Knowing this was a while back- I'm hoping Dennis has possibly recovered from what ailed him- best wishes all the same. Could have been a number of health issues, including appendicitis. Stay well. Indeed, those prices along 'Hotel Alley' sound very 'up market' and not for the backpacker. Pity. Despite Dennis' not feeling well spell, you gave great coverage of the area. Tulum is now not just a name- I can now conjure up visuals. Great video. Stay safe you two. đđ„đâ€ïžđ·đââïž
Glad we've helped paint a picture for you. And thank you for the well wishes! Update to come in our next vlog! - Liz
I'm so glad we went back in the day, it's terrible now.
It's definitely changed - Liz
Que buen trabajo, mucho Ă©xito y les deseo mas viajes! Saludos desde maya bell, Palenque Chiapas.
Gracias! :)
Hi chicos this place it very nice super place I hope he feel better G bless you chicos
Gracias Cesar!
This really is a trip of a lifetime eh? Tell Dennis to just let one rip. I hope he starts feeling better soon. In the first senote Iâm pretty sure I saw an El Liz fishy. They are hard to see and almost impossible to catch. I know my worm is way to small because this one was a beauty. Hahahahaha Please feel better Dennis and get the help you need. Take care Liz and watch that cold water, it can be a shocker. â€ïžđšđŠâ€ïž Cheers!!!
Yes it is! We're so thankful to experience all of these wonderful places. Thank you for watching as always! - Liz
Great video, hopefully Dennis is back to being a normal nomad. Thanks Don
Thanks Don, it was a small struggle but thankfully I am back on my feet! - Dennis âïž
We stayed on Cozumel and only visited Tulum ruins.
You guys are really making us want to hop in an RV and explore Mexico! Thank you guys for doing this series its definitely inspiring us to do a bit more! OH yeah we are glad that Dennis is feeling better we were a bit worried about him.
Yes do it if you can. Mexico is so beautiful.
Do it!
Just spent three months in Playa del Carmen and lived in Nic te Ha area and spent about 3 dollars a day on great local food.
Awesome!
Hope you are way better by now Dennis!
Thank you! Full update next week
All beaches are public in Mexico. And any restaurant or hotel that doesnât have public access, needs to let you go through their property to reach the beach.
Great video as always! Got a tip for ya: to make it so more people can watch your videos in glorious full HD, render (and upload) your videos at 24 or 30 frames per second.
Benefits:
1) smaller file size means less space taken up on your computer or drives
2) typically, faster to render,
3) faster to upload to CZcams
4) less data to stream over cell networks and Wi-Fi.
Given most campgrounds have sketchy Wi-Fi, 60 FPS is problematic due to all the data that needs to stream. Reliable/fast cell service is also often a problem, especially when Boondocking.
Bonus reason: 30 FPS will play on more TVs and devices, as some cough and splutter because the hardware can't process 60 frames per second of full HD video.
Sorry for the ramble. :)
/end of public service announcement
Thank you Drinkin Slim!
I was in Tulum in the late 70's It was high and you could see forever.. First solo trip. You could see the opening in the reef .I went to Cancun, and took a day trip to there.. It was in the first stage of restoration. Fromm the small beech below there you could see that there was a coral reef that protected it. The channel was right there in there middle. You probably can't stand there now. I AM SAD
Feel better, Dennis! G
Thank you!
Now we know why we try to find similar experiences without the high cost of the Touristo locations. Remain safe. Dan - Oklahomaâs Tumbleweeds
I think it's the best way to explore! Thank you for the well wishes hope you're doing well - Liz
Crazy.... I had street tacos while I watched the video!! Excellent video it had a little bit of everything. Exploring, beaches, amazing food of course and then we here MAN DOWN!!! Then It comes back, hospital, next weeks video???? Your getting good at this đ.
In all seriousness though I hope everyone is doing ok. Be safe and be well.
Haha thank you Salty Dawg! Glad you enjoyed it! Update on Dennis to come! Which tacos did you have!? - Liz
@@EatSeeRV
I went with the shrimp tacos Diablo style
So I should be feeling Dennisâs pain about this time tomorrow. Lol.
Great video! Can you comment the link to your video with the hot springs I see in this video? I looked on your page but didn't see.
Cool video. 09:30 in morning and I am hungry for tacos. Travel safe.
Hahaha us too!
Nice place but kind of expensive in Tulum,,, hope Danis is felling better by now and I like the Cenotes they look cool adios muchachos and stay safe
Soooo expensive! The cenotes are a lot of fun. Thank you Rudy for the well wishes.
The ruins looked good and the Cenotes looked fun. Hotel zone prices seemed through the roof. Hope Dennis is feeling better. Never any âfunâ to get sick out on the road.
âFor I will make you well again and heal your wounds
I, the Eternal One, declare to you,...â Jeremiah 30:17 (Voice)
Thank you for the well wishes. You're right on hotel zone prices! It was crazy!
A good documentary "The Dark Side of Tulum".
Worth watching. 30 minutes.
That's been popping up in our suggested videos. I'll have to check it out. - Dennis âïž
Oh no! Hope by now Dennis is feeling better!
Thank you Pamela!
Tulum hotel zone entrances are like a tropical-jungle Las Vegas ... Lol
Great comparison!
Great video about Tulum. My brother and I just moved to the area. We also have a van that we are traveling in Mexico with. If you are in playa Del Carmen or remain in the area you should look us up. We'd like to know more about your logistics if traveling in Mx since facilities can be a bigger challenge here!
Thank you! We're out of the Yucatan Peninsula now, but wish you safe and fun travels. We do have a guide that shares how we find facilities and provides you with our custom map of places to explore in Mexico (and stay) too. www.eatseerv.com/rvmexico
Sure is pretty. The hotel district was pretty unique. Was that a kutamundi in the beginning? Glad Dennis is doing better!
Yes I think it was! Good eye âșïž
The place was better in the late 70,s and early 80,s . I used to setup my tent on the beach .
I bet that was wonderful
You guys always do it right! So hoping Dennis is OK. Wow, looks like a great place, but think it's a little "rich" for me on retired income! As usual, thanks for the informative tour!
Tulum is over priced ,over rated and a tourist trap . Try the west coast . I stay in Hualtulco Oaxaca.
We've heard great things! Can't wait to explore that area soon.
Is that coffee mug from Puebla?.
Saludos âïž
Yes! Our first one broke. And we went out of our way to get another lol we love them!
We just came upon your youtube channel and are definitely following you! My husband has already met the Kinetic Kennons and we follow them as well. We're curious. What do you use to film your videos? We aren't doing vlogs or anything but our gopro isn't cutting it! The quality of your videos are amazing! Can't wait to watch all of your videos! Might be one of those binge watches! Be safe & God bless!

@@EatSeeRV Thank you! We look forward to watching your videos!
How's Dennis doing. I pray he's ok. Please keep me posted on his condition.
Thank you Russel! There will be a full update next week! - Liz
Hope Dennis is feeling better.
Thank you!
What is the water temp in the senotes? I know the springs in Fl are a little chilly.
Haha yes, you're right. Some colder than others, but chilly. I think FL springs are colder though!
Is there a compiled list of RV Parks in Mexico?
There's apps that you can use to search. We share a few of our favorite apps and campgrounds in our RV Mexico guide. www.EatSeeRV.com/RVmexico
7:26 Conscious Capitalism, definitely going to check it out.
Interesting read for sure.
HOW IS RETIREMENT THERE XPATS
It looks like they need to build another wider road into the hotel zone. With bike paths. But maybe they don't do that because they want to limit access to the "plebes" to the area.
I believe that a wider road is not possible because the hotels and shops on both sides of the street are already directly touching the road.
Poor planning unfortunately. - Dennis âïž
@@EatSeeRV no they would have to build a new road behind the hotels, in the woods.
Oh yeah that makes sense! LOL don't know why I didn't think of that.
They should do something because it's dangerous AF walking and biking in the hotel zone right now. - Dennis âïž
Can you drive right now to mexico?
Yup! czcams.com/video/Mb374IOQuXA/video.html
@@EatSeeRV Thank you!
1:36 spanish conquest in 1800's? I presume 1500's.
Just remember that is so expensive for one reason that you mentioned...its one of the most famous places in the world and like any other place of its kind in the world they're going to be very expensive!
Yes, but that doesn't mean I have to like it or it's justified. Lol
@@EatSeeRV obviously not! đ Iâm just saying is the same thing everywhere else. Just to give you an example is like when people visit Mexico City and complain about the traffic... being such a massive city what would you expect? Same thing in any other buff cities in the world. Now Iâm in Los Angeles and the traffic is crazy.
True!
Do you feel it is safe to spend 4 days there with 2 teenagers . We have only had them at a resort in mexico as we here it is violent in places
Yes, we felt safe throughout all of Mexico. Heck we slept in a grocery store parking lot for a week! Haha but there is cartel activity there. Just don't try to do drugs and you'll be fine. It's also a party town so be aware of that.
SerĂĄ costoso invertir enestacionamientos
Suggestion: Maybe cut down on the dairy.
Other than that love the content!

Did he get checked for covid? Apparently pain in the back area is one of the lesser known symptom, but usually you will also have moderate to extreme fatigue. I didnât experience that when I had it but have friends who had that as one of their only symptoms.
Yes we did. Wasn't covid. We've tested after too for antibodies and nope.
Last time i visited tulum was 6 years ago. So sad to watch it is becoming a disneyworld. The local people is being kicked out for the turism
Yes it's changing so fast. Hopefully the tourism will at least provide income opportunities for locals. - Liz
Kidney stones are no fun, I got my first last spring. So painful.
Ugh so sorry to hear that, not good!
Esas iguanas son llamadas mayormente "ISHPOKA"
Oh wow!
Bueno aqui en Tabasco si hehe, good videođ
Very enjoyable video.
But Tulum is only glamorous on the surface. They don't have the infrastructure to deal with the rising population. As in how they deal with sewage. Maybe why Dennis got so sick. Lots of info out there if you are so inclined.
Agreed. We noticed so many hotels and restaurants operating on generators for electricity. It grew to fast. You can tell with the hotel roads. There's no sidewalk, not nearly enough space for the current demand in traffic. Hopefully it gets sorted out! - Liz
If you guys wanna visit "cheap" Mexico, go to Chiapas. I've been all around the Yucatan peninsula and its beautiful no doubt but Chiapas is better imo.
We're there now actually! We agree đŻ!
@@EatSeeRV There are so many really cool lesser-known places in Chiapas that you can visit like, Cascadas Roberto Barrios, Lagos de Colon, El Arco Del Tiempo, Las Nubes, Metzabok, Volcan Tocana and if you're really adventurous there's Miramar. Hope you guys enjoy my favorite state!
Thank for the recommendations! We went to Roberto Barrios two days ago. It was incredible. Several of the other spots we've learned about but too far off the beaten path. This is definitely a state we will come back too! Thank you for the recommendations! - Liz

I just got back form the Mayan Riveria and got robbed by cops. $260! It left such a bad taste in my mouth. I LOVE Mexico and love your channel but I am not going back for a while! The police robbing foreigners is increasing 1000 fold. I want to warn all that if you are driving in Mexico resort areas you are going to get pulled over! My friends were there 2 weeks earlier and got pulled over as well and got robbed. This is so so sad!
There is not a meal on the planet worth 120 bucks .
I disagree. We've had amazing meals we'd pay $120 all over for again. This however, was not one of them. - Liz
Ur obsession with IG is def annoying. U get paid by # of times u mention it? Mexico isn't FL and the he male needs to get over that simple fact. Enough of this prefabricated vids.
