RIP to that ornament, huh? Shoutout to YOU for coming by to watch, I appreciate you. What's on your wishlist this year, regardless of if it's gear or not? 👇
A plating set
For chef to stop utilizing sous vide. I hate it lol
I had the benriner with the single old style center adjustment flex on me making rolled up see through cooked beet shavings for garnishes. It was such a pain int he a**, because they turned up uneven. So I would love the one with two adjustment screws.
Hello Justin, I didn´t planned to, but I have to write this. I love your videos! Mainly gear focused videos, because gear recommendations is a cool way to learn about new tools, without need to spend money on the garbage ones. Thank you. Second thing, I love The Emulsion! I really like that you share kitchen experiences, your inside view from different kitchens, your opinion on articles and news from service industry. I didn´t find it anywhere else on the internet, thank you Justin.
Thanks buddy! Appreciate you following along.
I look at that spatula allll the time. So nice.
Hey Man, Love your videos !
Keep it up with these videos ; more gear is always welcome in any kitchen, and hearing about new toys is always fun
Thanks buddy!
Oh my, I want that can opener. Perfect.
It's soooo nice.
Love that Madeline everyone needs
Thanks very much, Justin, always a pleasure!
Likewise, Abe!
Ya, I completely understand. I have a knife addiction too. Enjoy the videos. Keep them coming.
Ha my issue is that I publicly made a video about how I was gonna stop buying knives 😭
@justin Khanna had a question about recommendations for pop Up what equipment would you recommend? Or have used. I'm looking into a electric griddle or electric fryer etc.. figured I'd ask. Thanks
Hi ! I crossed your channel since november and has trying to watch all vids till now! I sughest the foldable dehydrator sahara
knives are like socks, you cant have to many of them
you definitely can mate
I used to think that as well but looking back at it I wasn’t actually looking for a knife that actually suit and fitted me for the best performance, but more so that I thought a new or more expensive knife would’ve made me better without regard to experience or understanding of fundamentals.
Reviews say that the dehydration capability of the breville smart oven is limited. Just a heads up.
May I ask, which would you recommend between the town cutler chef knives and the Aura two Hollywood? After more performance than aesthetics really
What’s the story with that illuminated wall with modular shelving? Could you touch on that in a future video or link to a previous video?
It's Ikea - I need to do a full tour of the space for sure and I'll cover it.
I have been interested in sous vide machine... but a lot of ads here and there (facebook, instagram, youtube) I kept seeing Anova only, and never other brands.
For homecook/hobbyist-who-likes-cooking, which works better: Anova or Joule?
without used any of these two i would say they main difference besides prize and design is anova has a display and you can operate it manually, joule does not and only works via app. both have a decent reputation among homecooks.
Anova always seemed a little clunkier to me, but I've used them a few times and they definitely get the job done.
Do you own any japanese knife imports stuff?
Just some awesome cork sheaths from them - I had a knife on hold with them but never bit the bullet. Awesome shop tho!
the paco jet jr for some reason they made NOT in 110v so you need the 220v plugs which is a complete bummer. hoping they change that in the near future. i was so stoked until i saw that when they released them
Oh sad, I didn't see that - definitely a bummer with power delivery.
Hello Wolf and Justin. Pacojet Junior is available in the US at 110V. Complete stock in orange or blue! Happy Pacotizing!!
Maybe a nice Kamicoto knife set 🤣
I get so many ads for those 😭
Loved the video! What's the intro music?
I get all my music from Epidemic Sound - Pandora, The New Fools was that song I think.
This video is not sponsered. Look at All this free town cutler stuff! 😋🤘
Does it make it better that I sent both the knives back and made the palate knife available for 1/6th the price? 🤪
I kinda early , so happy holiday everyone!
Same to you!
