I can relate to everything he has said, I was the same doing everything but no improvement. I bought your book and followed your protocol and I am doing much better.

I am sorry to hear you are experiencing this. Definitely give Healthy Gut Healthy You a read for more guidance on customizing your own protocol using the same methods I follow with patients in my clinic. store.drruscio.com/products/healthy-gut-healthy-you

Thank you for this video! I had suspicions that even if I ate healthy like nuts, seeds, difficult vegetables to digest like broccoli 🥦were giving me gas and bloating. This video has just confirmed my suspicions. And I will continue with the low-fodmap diet and probiotics which I had just started. 😊

Sucks to have to quit being a breakfast Brussels sprout man, but I know feeling well is the best feeling. Great video. Thank you for the encouragement.

After 19 months of treating SIBO I realize it is impossible without money and benefits. Disabled seniors with fixed income~cacan't do it anymore. No Naturopath(guide) tried everything, antibiotics, antimicrobials, biofilms busters, prokinetics...nothing left!

I'm sorry to hear you are struggling on-going. I'm sure you have invested plenty! If you want to keep trying, please give my quickstart guide a try and see how you feel: drrusciodc.com/quickstart/. If you don't see improvements, then you may want to invest in my book (around $25) and work through my 8-step self-guided protocol that you can personalize as you work through the steps.

I could be his twin. I am on so many supplements. I would love to be able to work with Dr Ruscio, instead just emails to someone I don't know. Because, not only am I like Damien, I have diabetes, arthritis, incontinence, and acute intermittent porphyria. Many other ailments. Help!
