"Let me get prepared", *places pillow on his lap*
🤣 I died laughing
And covered Sade's eyes. ROFLMAO
😂😂😂
😎
Lol!!!!!
La Grange, Just Got Paid, Cheap Sunglasses, Sharp Dressed Man, Got Me Under Pressure, I'm Bad I'm Nationwide, all must listens by ZZTop!
Nationwide is 🤟🏻
I second all that
Don't forget Tush !!!!!
@@RicoBurghFan I third all those!🤘🏻
👌🏼🤟🏼🤘🏼
the car is famous and has a name, it's called "Eliminator".
The band members didn't think they were good looking enough for music videos, so they made stories and were like fairy god fathers for the protagonists in their videos.
They actually own/owed that car!
@@chercee it's billy gibbons actually.. along with many other cars.
@@ninjavigilante5311 Thank you. I thought they jointly owned it.
Sharp Dressed Man, Legs, Rough boy.... All bangers. Legends....
Sleeping Bag
Blue Jean Blues
La Grange
The list goes on and on!
Nice comment
Brings me back to teen years watching She's got Legs 🦵 she knows how to use them...wishing I had blonde hair lol
A how how how how (La Grange).
TEXAS!! They got a bunch of killer songs!
Theu came and performed a couple years ago in La Grange. The locals were all excited, thinking the song was about the town, lol. La Grange was the home of the Chicken Ranch. Remember? The best little whorehouse in Texas? Yeah, the song is about the Chicken Ranch, lol.
@@TreeFreak, oh as a lifelong TEXAN, I know. I know a lot of interesting TEXAS things. 👍👊
Gadblesstexas - confederate railroad. He would LOVE that vid.
ZZ Top is Billy Gibbons, Dusty Hill and Frank Beard, the only one without a beard! 😊🤣🎼
😂🥰
And their brother Chris Haha from king of the hill.
Frank is a BEARD! He doesn't need one! lol
@@joebeard4687 he had a killer mustache actually.
@@ninjavigilante5311Yes, he did! But, a mustache is not a beard! Hence the different name, "mustache!"
Just did white rabbit and now you've found another rabbit hole. Love ZZ Topp. La Grange
Pearl Necklace is a good song by them.... and YES.. its EXACTLY what you think..
Also, "Tube Snake Boogie."
@@beowulf1005 She won't do it,but her sister will!! Lol!
I have had a few real pearl necklaces, but when this song came out I felt bad when I wore one. Am I bad? Yes
@@sibkiss2009 No,that's awesome! I would encourage you to wear them for sure!!
He does need to react to this song
Think you’ll get a kick outta “Tush” from ZZ Top lol
You need a ZZ TOP day. Check out Tube Snake Boogie and Pearl Necklace 😂😂😂
Oh hell yeah
I want him to hear sooo many of theirs- however, I really wanna watch him do “Tubesnake boogie” and “Under Pressure!” ✌️✨
"Sharp Dressed Man" by ZZ Top, you HAVE to check it out my dude
"Let me get prepared, guys!" ***places cushion carefully on "laps"....and then on Sade's face***
You're a riot man XD
Gibbons is one hot guitar player! I love this group. Try "(She Got) Legs" another great ZZ song. The beards are ZZ Top. Good reaction.
This, Sharp Dressed Man and Legs are like a Trilogy with this Car. Wait till you see them spin there Fuzzy Guitars. Mind blow. Gillette offered them a Million dollars to shave there beards in a commercial in the 80s and of coarse they told them they were out of there friggin minds. They still got them.
Sleeping bag was also in there and 1 more as well
@@TheGoodReverendSatan Rough Boy was the finale. The Eliminator car/space shuttle goes for an intergalactic car wash.....
Zig Zags and Tops, you know. Lots to like.
Is that really what their name was derived from? Learned something new!
That never occurred to me. 😂
Truth
I spent all my money in early 1984 on a boom box, ZZ Top Eliminator, and a human-powered push mower. I spent the entire summer of 1984 lugging those items around and cutting grass for $3.30 an hour. When I hear songs from this album I can still smell freshly cut grass.
Oh, he got more than a kiss LOL 😂
“Jesus Just Left Chicago”
“Waitin for the Bus All Day”
Was lucky enough to see ZZ Top in the 70’s 🔥🎶🔥
YESSSSSSSSS! ZZ Top are legends!
Now THIS is a great rabbit hole to jump into---a great ‘80s, no-nonsense rock band, with killer-catchy guitar riffs. Basically, in most of their videos, they play rock n roll fairy godfathers who help out people in need, complete with a cool carriage/car. Also check out "Legs" and "Sharp Dressed Man"
My God......We have Legends in house.....glad seen live this past summer..
Seen them in the 80's. One of the best shows I ever saw. And Lynard Skynard of course.
"Legs" & "Sharp dressed Man"
You're dipping into another Guitar Legend here! Mr. Billy Gibbons, who just happened to be the favorite Guitar player Of legendary jimmy Hendrix ! Zz top and Billy Gibbons influenced Stevie Ray Vaughn and most Rock and Country bands alike from Pantera to Brooks and Dunn!
The only one in the band without a beard is called Frank BEARD
This is currently my favorite fact.
I was going to write the exact same thing!!!
I was going to go see them in concert last spring but it didn't happen due to covid... love these guys...❤ from 🇨🇦
You gotta hear "Just Got Paid" and "Sharp Dressed Man"... oh and "Ten Foot Pole" just for fun. Hehe
Please do more ZZTOP reactions.
"Waitin For The Bus/Jesus Left Chicago"
"Cheap Sunglasses"
"I'm Bad, I'm Nationwide"
Yes to all of these 👍❤
ZZ Top is one of the "Smoother" Southern Fried Rock bands. They can mix Blues, Metal & Poop all in one song. Check out Molly Hatchet. Went to high school with the drummer's(Frank Beard) nephew & a hole bunch of kids whose parents had rodied for Molly Hatchet. But since i am Born & raised in Houston(don't miss the humidity & the stink of the Ship Channel though) I am more than a little biased in favor of the boys in beards.
Blues, Metal & ......Poop? Lol. But no I know what you meant, and it's all true!
No... not Stinkadeena... my grandparents and cousins lived there.. uncle worked and retired from Shell Oil in Deer Park. Know the area well.
🤦♂️
@@connieb4372 Yea delivered unto this world in Pasadena General & spent my childhood in Genoa off of Old Galveston Road. Can't say it was the funnest of times, but Hurricane Alicia was interesting, since we did the stupid thing & "Sheltered" in place.
Z Z TOP, Zig Zag and Top rolling papers. 😉
Oohhhhhhhhhh.
I feel like such a square just getting that after 30 somewhat years.
@@haydeeze, the band will never admit that, they are old dudes who are trying to avoid any grief that might give them. In the Netflix doc. That little ‘ol band from TEXAS, They have a different explanation of the band name. I’m sticking with the papers explanation. True or not, it sounds better.
Gimme all your reactions 😎🔥😎🔥😎🔥
ZZ Top is legendary. And yes it was the "old guys" that were singing
Saw them once in Tombstone Arizona just walking around town and they were super nice.
I was hoping you will watch and listen to this music. Hell yeah
Watch billy gibbons “Lagrange” live from darryl”’s house... it’ll break your brain lol.
Love Daryls house- however, he needs to hear originals first- to appreciate Daryls house- I mean he’s not sure who ZZ Topp is- yet- I mean that nicely on his side- he’s still discovering and learning- he needs to know who they are before watching collabs- imho
Yes love Darryl’s House. Great performances going in there!!
I got this record when i was 10-11 years old. In those days guys with long beard was rearly seen. They were quite Young but looked very old, it was a bit confusing to us kids. But ZZ Top had huge hits, thats why kids as Young as me, even in Sweden, bought their records.
Great reaction. Love it. Great band. Tush, La Grange, Jesus just left Chicago, Cheap sunglasses, I wanna thank you, Tube snake boogie, Legs, Sharp Dressed man, Afterburner. So many hits to pick from. Love that little old band from Texas.
"let me get prepared" covers junk with pillow
In a lot of ZZ Top's videos, they appear as some sort of.... rock'n roll faerie godfathers.
That's why they keep appearing and disappearing.
They got the hookup for good, kindhearted people.
Who are ZZ Top?
Oh my dear man... Only the best thing that ever came out of Texas!
"Sharp Dressed Man" "Cheap Sunglasses" "Legs" "Pearl Necklace" "TV Dinners" "Velcro Fly" "Tush"... Just pick a few songs. They're all good.
rough boy
Listen to what constancewsca is saying; listen to these songs! (plus I think Sharp Dressed Man, Gimme All Your Lovin' and Legs and have the same video type with the keys and cars - the logo, keys, cars and beards are all their thing[btw two guitarists have long beards and the drummers last name is beard])
Stevie ray Vaughn is another legend out Texas.
Reminds me of my younger days of nightly concerts around Austin, TX with ZZ Top, Stevie Ray Vaughn, and many others any night all-around from bar to bar. Greatest time ever!
The greatest "Little Band from Texas". Saw them in 2011 in Austin and they STILL rock
63 retired veteran. Been listening since '72? heck, I can't remember, lol.
These good ole boys..southern rock at its finest. Their videos all have the same theme, and of course the car. TV Dinners, Legs, Sharp Dressed Man, Manic Me Mechanic, Rough Boy, Velcro Fly, Sleeping Bag...huge hits.
Let me get prepared: 🌫
I’m dead 😂😂😂
That car, "Eliminator" is from Billy Gibbon's (lead guitar, singer) collection.
He owns many other custom hot rods. My personal favourite is the "CadZZilla".
Also, as said by many others: ZZ Top - La Grange!
I took my dad to see these guys for his birthday 3 years ago, even as an older band they still the sound as great as they did 30 years ago🤘🤘🔥🔥
Jimi Hendrix, when asked who the next guitarist would be, said "Billy Gibbons". Now, maybe that didn't completely fulfill itself, but damn, Billy can play.
this song, sharp dressed man,and legs are an interconnected trilogy. that car is a '33 ford coupe called the eliminator which is on the front of their 1983 album of the same name. these guys are legends. RIP dusty hill
The car is called "The Eliminator", the girls own the car, but the band is made of the men Billy Gibbons, Dusty Hill and Frank Beard, if you want a good story by ZZ Top, look at the song " Sharp Dressed Man "
the girls in the video dont own the car, billy gibbons does.
They were amazing live. It's amazing how much sound the three of them make. It's like listening to a five or six person band.
ZZ Top is a Southern Rock/Blues band based in Texas. They have been recording music and touring for over 50 years. The band is a "power trio" of Billy Gibbons (lead guitarist, vocals), Dusty Hill (bass guitarist, vocals), and Frank Beard (drums). Gibbons was a "roadie" for Jimi Hendrix. When Billy Gibbons appeared on "The Tonight Show" in the 1980s, Johnny Carson told a story about when Jimi Hendrix was on the show. He asked Hendrix who he thought was going to be "the next great Rock guitarist". Hendrix told him that it would be Billy Gibbons. ZZ Top are inductees in the Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame.
Sex Genies- they grant his wish of getting the women by giving them their car. Watch some of their other videos where the "wimpy guy" get help getting girls
I still wish I had those car keys lol
If they actually managed to have a four way in that matchbox of a car they should have been nominated for a Nobel Prize in Physics.
@@88wildcat The Eliminator is a TARDIS. Shhh...
Yes!
ZZ TOP representing my hometown Houston, TX!
I met some people in a bar, and someone said to one of them as they walked by, "I like your ZZ Top beard!", and he said thank you, but he looked annoyed. The woman with him said that he actually hates that. And then, of course, he had to tell the story. The story was that way back when they were first starting out, he went to see ZZ Top, and afterward, he got to meet them. They kept talking about his beard, which was really really long, they just kept talking about it, how much they liked it, asking him about it, and they didn't have long beards back then. And then when he sees a picture of them later on, 2 of the three members had these long long beards! So, he concluded that they got the idea of having really long beards from him, and yet, everywhere he goes someone says they like his ZZ Top beard, and they got the idea from him! I don't know if that's true, who knows? Anyway, fun fact, Billy Gibbons and Dusty Hill are the ones with the long beards, and the guy named Frank BEARD, he usually doesn't have a beard.
ZZ TOP is awesome. It is three guys from Texas. Billy Gibbons, Frank Beard, & Dusty Hill. Great reaction. 💗🎶
Dusty Hill is Hank Hill's cousin.
Zz Top have many hits man. Any of the recommendations in the comments will work.
Sharp Dressed Man is one...
ZZ TOP - "MANIC MECHANIC"
THAT'S RIGHT!!!!
My head's in Mississippi, Tush, I'm bad I'm nationwide, La Grange, Sharp dressed man, Cheap sunglasses all great songs!!
One of the best bands to see live. Awesome concert in their day
Billy gibbons playing this lick and singing is the coldest shiet wver
One of the best Southern Rock bands in the game. Great reaction!
The first model car that I built as a kid was ZZ Tops car. I remember listening to the eleminator and after burner albums on cassette tape. My dad loves listening to their music. Dad listened to ZZ Top, CCR, Stepenwolf, David Allan Coe, Waylon Jennings, Johnny Cash, Highwaymen. I had a very eclectic music as a kid
Hey buddy the next video of Zz top that you should react is "La Grange", than "Sharp dressed man" , "Legs", & "Rough boy" , trust me you will go nuts . Ronny
Most of their 1980's videos they did have a inner storyline if watched in the right order it's a deep message
Fact.. ZZ Top is the oldest band still around who actually still has all the original members.
👍👍👍 As always keep on rocking partner.
When I think of ZZ Top, I just think beards and guitars 🎸🎸haven’t heard this song since I was a kid, good times 😉 Thanks for the memories 💕
The drummer knows what he's doing 🔥🥁
That’s them! The biggest little band from Texas! Their old stuff is super bluesy. Check em out. Legendary stuff! The guitar player roadie’d for Jim Hendrix! They both agreed that they are each other’s favorite guitar player.
Billy Gibbons was one of Jimi Hendrix's favorite guitarists. This band is one of America's best Texas blues bands. So many hits, Sharp Dressed man, Tush , LA GRANGE, JESUS JUST LEFT CHICAGO, legs
I'm Bad, I'm Nationwide 🔥
La Grange, Legs and so many more! ZZ Top is just the band name! They r from Houston! Used to see them perform all the time decades ago before they became legandary! A few years ago when the Houston Astros won the World Series, they came to the parade! They r awesome about representing their roots! Check out more! They r known for the girls and vintage cars! Love ur channel!
This track, ALWAYS, ALWAYS Kicks major ass!!. Play it extra LOUD!
ZZTop were the old angels that made the young man's dreams come true.
"Let me prepare".......LOL love the silliness
I used to think they sold out to the American way'', but when I was in jail in 1988 and my mom brought me this music, which was the first music I heard on my own for over 6 months of being in jail''', this album along with "I need you tonight", coined a new existence within my soul''''''''''
Love my hometown boy's. Lot's of treasures in their chest .Enjoy
Wow! Love it! Best 3 man band!!!! Rough boy...legs...i need you tonight ssoooo many
Billy Gibbons from ZZ Top was a close friend to SRV. The guitar that SRV played with the mother of pearl inset of his name on the fretboard was a gift to SRV from Billy. It was originally going to say Stevie Vaughan but SRV added his middle name for stage presence at the request of his manager (if I"m not mistaken). It took about 4 years to finish because of the name change. he played that guitar on the "Cold Shot" and "Couldn't Stand The Weather" videos. ZZ Top is a rock/blues staple and has a long list of music before this Era of vids. They have some pretty wild stuff in their "rabbit hole".....😂🤟🤟🤟
Great reaction...Legs is a good song by them. You should also check out Phil Collins I Don’t Care Anymore and Genesis That’s All. Think you’ll love them.
'Jesus just left Chicago,, Waiting for the bus' so great!!!
'Cheap sunglasses', "La Grange' brother. Great reaction.
Love it... Other fun ZZTOP songs "she's got legs" or "sharp dressed man" I think the band are like guardian angels in their videos. Fun band and REACTION! Thank you Mr Video!! Keep up the Great Reactions!
Pillow on the lap to "Get Prepared" is classic MV.
You are going to LOVE the ZZ Top rabbit hole. Tube Snake Boogie, La Grange, Legs, Cheap Sunglasses, Got me under pressure, Jesus just left Chicago. Another band with a lot of *wink wink nudge nudge* double meanings.
Guys sound great live to. I saw them tour around the time of this video and I remember it being a pretty damn good show. They got some great jams Leo, don't stop.
I seen zztop 4 times loved zztop
-Sharp Dressed Man! ( you can relate)! Cuz you are!!
-She’s Got Legs!!!!
Saw them in concert. It was Amazing !!
Bugs the hell out of me the way he puts the gas gun on the ground.
Got to love the Three Fairy Godfathers of ZZTop, lol. They show up in Sharp Dressed Man too
Great Band !!! I seen ZZ Top and ACDC in concert in 1990 or 1991...Good Concert...
ZZTOP woah!! They are smooth for sure! Long beards and all!!! To me, there songs pump you up especially driving! The car is well known for ZZTop..Love love 💘
Saw ZZ Top in concert. They were bad ass!!!!!
Gimmy all your loving all your hugs and kisses too....
the "pillow trick" never gets outdated XD
You have to react to ZZ Top - Legs it's in the same video series
They sound the same anyways. You can sing one over the other.
DUD-EE-O! Lets go to the RODEO!!
You Gotta find any footage of their 70s tours when they took An Actual Rodeo, including Bulls and Explosive, all over the place.
LEGENDARY!!
FUN FACT: Before Founding ZZ TOP, Billy F Gibbons (the guitarist) Regularly Toured With His Close Friend, Jimmy Hendrix.
Check Out: ZZ TOP - GOTSTA GET PAID
zz top is one of only 2 rock bands to have an entire sub-genre all to themselves , they are "texas-boogie".(primus is "funk-thrash"). zz top trails only the rolling stones as far as longevity, theyve been together over 50 years. billy gibbons was jimi hendrix favorite guitar player for sound, as opposed to virtuosity. yep theyve been together since hendrix was alive. you cant hardly go wrong with this group. many of their songs have a similar vibe, but its so cool that you wont get sick of it. "tush", "la grange", "my heads in mississippi", "sharp dressed man", "sleeping bag", "cheap sunglasses", "legs", "got me under pressure", "woke up with wood", "velcro fly", lots more . if you do "rough boy" know beforehand its a ballad, it wont rock like the others.
Snap!!! Cool! Far-out!! ZZ Top .
The best highway drivin' music around . . .
Fun group, fer sure!
Ohh you are jamming now!! Love ZZ! 3 man band, out of this world live!!! And you did Jefferson Airplane also today!!!
“Tubesnake boogie” ,(fawnk and definitely what it sound like it would mean!). “ I’m bad, I’m Nation wide” is about as unfawnking believable as you can get, bass line, guitar and all! “ Rough boy” is a nice slow one- “Under Pressure”- Please continue on with them- you’ll love it- we’ll all be jammin’ the fawnk out for sure- ❤️✨✌️
Yet another genre of music you are learning!!!!! I love it to the max!!!!!!!!
These guys are smooth af.
