Lucas Soares Well during Bardock’s time there were no Saiyans on Planet Vegeta that were even remotely close in power to Frieza whatsoever. Bardock rebelling against Frieza just shows how strong of a warrior he is and who cares about his people.
Vegeta did when he saw the opportunity but yeah, Bardock was the doomed prophet and rebel there.

This is what a saiyan should be in my head canon.
A bastard in nature, someone who was born into a warrior race to fight and not save people.
Proud of his power, someone who will fight no matter who it is up against.
Unwavering in the face of his demise, not seeing an army as a threat, but as a test.
Bardock was everything I love about the saiyans. He wasn't a hero, and he went to hell with all the others.
No matter how much dragon ball super manga wants to change that, I'll never appreaciate a rewrite of a simple and good character.
One of the more competent and better Bardock theme remixes/remakes out there, good job making Bardock proud!
Just saw how many likes my comment has gotten since I made it two years ago. I still listen to this song, it's my official workout music now! I like to listen to this along with some custom Raditz themes and train like a Saiyan. Lots of weight lifting and a hearty meal afterwords. I'll get there one day.
