I met sean Strickland right after his fight Pereira. I was doordashing on a Saturday morning in Oceanside. Jersey mikes haha I literally walked in and he was sitting with Hans Molenkamp.
My mouth dropped and I I just pointed at him and said you’re Sean Strickland. He was absolutely the nicest guy I’d ever met gave me a big hug and and shook my hand. I told him I was sorry about his loss to Pereira. Im a big fan, but I thought he just kept his hand down to much 😂 he laughed and agreed. I then asked for his autograph and he said my autograph ain’t worth shit. I told him it was to me. Instead he took a picture with me and gave me signed merch that Hans was giving him 😂 Honestly great dude. Hans seemed kinda annoyed and he just wanted me to leave. But fucking Sean Strickland was a fucking gentleman and humble. He’s definitely one of my favorite fighters.
