It is cut and dry, an open & shut case. MK Party is not an alliance partner like SACP that he can hold dual membership for starters. Zuma formed a political party to challenge ANC & managed to bring it under 50%. Ironically his dismissal in ANC is going through due process which he & MK did not extend to Jabulani Khumalo when he was summarily dismissed.

Jacob Zuma, the former President of South Africa, faces charges related to the arms deal scandal, also known as the Strategic Defence Procurement Packages (SDPP) or the Arms Deal. The charges against him include:
      1. Corruption: Zuma is accused of accepting bribes from Thales, a French arms company, in exchange for his influence in securing contracts for the company in the arms deal.
      2. Fraud: He is accused of falsifying documents and misrepresenting facts to cover up his corrupt activities.
      3. Racketeering: Zuma is accused of being part of a criminal enterprise that engaged in organized crime, including corruption, fraud, and money laundering.
      4. Money laundering: He is accused of using his charitable trust to launder money received from bribes.
The charges relate to Zuma's alleged involvement in the 1999 arms deal, where South Africa purchased weapons and equipment worth billions of rand. Zuma was deputy president at the time and allegedly used his position to influence the procurement process in favor of Thales.
It's important to note that Zuma has denied all charges and claims they are politically motivated. The case is ongoing, and Zuma's legal team has been working to have the charges dismissed or postponed.
