I wonder how IRS has some many restrictions in all other avenues, but not CZcams. Looking at this , or such similar channels ( all on Non Immigrant visas ); it doesn’t look one bit that this is “PASSIVE WORK”. This guy has a “Silver CZcams” award for gods sake , passive CZcamsrs don’t get that.

It will be at Chicago since that is your first port of entry in USA!
When you first land in the US, you will go through immigration, PICK UP YOUR CHECKED BAG, go through customs and then recheck your bag and go through security.

Yes you can open a grocery story and have people/manager operate it on H1B - that would be more of passive income

Basically the US just wants your money in the economy but to not do any work that could be done by a citizen. It's your investment, so you can collect your money collect but not any of the work to keep the business going.
On your personal residence you're allowed to do anything that doesn't require a permit.
