Oh my goodness I'm so happy you are posting this. I've been meditating on all of this lately after being in a dark dark place and a lot of what you've said were things I've been chewing on lately. One goal I made this year is to go to a spiritual retreat and I think this is the call I need to answer.

Hello!!! OMG I think I’m about to explode. Everything you say here is completely reflecting back as Truth as you are me, and I am you! Tears rolling down my face as the waves of light and clarity are literally falling down on me!!!!!! I’ve never done ayahuasca, but I am open if I feel the call. Thank you so much for sharing. I really resonate with the importance of how we treat each other and ourselves!! All of your points are currently happening here in my life. Over the last three years, I have learned these as well! It started after an intense mushroom ceremony and has continued through my experience with Ayahuasca (Gaian Rhythm) and is ongoing. Am I perfect in practice? No, of course not. But, I have the awareness and am open to the integration. This was a great video, thanks for sharing!
