Buy whole chicken. Make grilled chicken legs and wings, or fried ones. Freeze breasts. Make a chicken stock/broth. Freeze it as well. Then when you want to do this, you actually have chicken breasts and stock in your freezer.
Carrots and vegies for 2 hours in there that would make them a pile of mush would it not? Seems gross Nvm after trying it and checking it often to see how it works i learned the long cook time is because it takes a long time just to get hot enough to start cooking
