Fish Ball Noodle Soup in Hong Kong

- With only one week in Hong Kong, the trip begins with Fish Ball Noodle Soup! We have a little mishap with directions, but eventually get back on track with the original plan. Upon dining with strangers at On Lee Noodles Shop, we take a stroll around the neighborhood and visit the Tin Hua Temple. We also check out a basement bookstore with over 30 cats! Needless to say, cuteness is a distraction. Watch the video to see the day unfold :)

whenever i feel lonely i always binge watch your videos
Same here😔
Seeing you calmly accepted the fact that you got to the wrong end of the island and was even happy to explore the streets as you go, I can say I learned something from watching this video. Good takeaway.
famous quote'"this tile reminds me of a bathroom ..and i have to unload!" Mina words Oh wisdom . ;;)
I'm so obsessed with your videos!!! 😁🙌🏻

Mina, Love your vlogs! Very 'simple' and informative. Where there's simplicity there's beauty. 😊
MISS I LOVEEEE YOUR SENSE OF HUMOR your editing is also amazeballs and your commentary covers alot of aspects of the things you do and the things you try.... easily a fave youtuber even tho I've only seen 3 vids so far lool
Watching this at night made me so hungry I was actually drooling (NOT LYING) Is it just me or is it that I get hungry when watching youtubers eat at night?🤔
Don't you feel awkward talking alone in public places?
CTH hunter she generally does voice overs, when you can’t see her face
These days, when you got public places you would see lots of vlogger talking to themsleves so it has become a norm already. No one will think
Nea Zy nope, ppl will stare. not everyone sees vloggers as normal.
Lol
@@Expatnema 😂😂
I always watch these videos and I end up hungry 😂😂. Love the content!
if you ever come to hong kong again, i can be your tour guide !!! well or i should say, to explore more with you bc i never have time to travel anywhere further from my home and area surrounding it due to my packed schedule hahaha
"the staff are very friendly" things you don't usually hear in HK.
The auntie is def Filipina. Wish youve blogged what you ate there 😀
Yes! Glad you uploaded this vlog, I'm about to go on a 5 day trip there so this is really helpful! I'm surprised you've never had a mooncake before though! They are super delicious

im glad i can watch your videos again! I became busy on school and cant follow up on your foodvel videos.
Fresh flowers smell so good
Great video Mina! My favorite city in the world. I'm so jelly
Aha you headed towards Chai Wan, the area I always stay at whenever I visit HK to see my relatives. I've also stayed at Shai Kei Wan too, and I'm certain I went to On Lee Noodle for afternoon tea time since it was in the area. What a pleasant surprise x)
Also the white noodles are rice noodles called Hoh Fun, the dumplings were shrimp wontons. Very common foods.
You are so cute ❤ You are a great vlogger ❤ I love your videos so much!! 😍 Keep it up, Mina! 😘
I like your videos miss mina:)!
This is the BEST !
You sure make me hungry and happy🥳😋
Miss Mina I'm in the 5th grade and I LOVE Asia and you always take me to with you in your travels and are such a huge impact on me!😜😋🙃😆
One of my favorite places in the world!
just about to go bed great timing!
The octopus card can also be used to purchase things from convenient store and restaurant but you just have to add money to the card overtime.
Yes I’m Hong Kong
I enjoy your videos so much😋😋😋
When I was in Shanghai, I went to a park where on weekends, it's tradition for parents to set out an umbrella with information regarding their child on it to find them a mate. I had my camera and I was nowhere near the information and snapped a picture at a far distance. I got yelled at to not take pictures of his daughters information. Our tour guide had to inform him that I got a long shot and the information couldn't be seen but I still deleted the picture out of respect. Not gonna lie though, it slick hurt my feelings but it's life lol
lol, but why would u take a picture of them? I wouldnt like it if random ppl took pictures of me lol.
GetInspiredWithArt to get a picture of the culture and the beauty. The same reasons why photographers take pictures of the subject of their choosing. I was in a park in a touristy location and found it fascinating. Besides, they didn't mind pictures. Their only concern was their child's information getting out. Also, just to put out there that when I went to malls in China, my picture was taken countless times without my permission but it doesn't bother me
shanghai is an street food of Philippines tho
i love this one
again loved the vlog
The kitty’s are so cute
One of my fav love this 😇💜
Yum! My favourite dish is fish ball noodle soup w/ egg noodles!!
I love your videos, my 9 year old wants to travel to Japan and all the countries you have been. So we are taking notes because we are saving for it!
I ❤️ dumplings 🥟 they. Are so good with wonton 🍜
Loved the colorful food in Hong Kong! Looked like you had a "cat"-astrophic experience at Sam Kee Book Company! 😉 lol ~ 哈哈! Hong Kong was the filming location for Bruce Lee's last completed movie: "Enter The Dragon" (1973) before his tragic & untimely death. A really great guy; a terrible loss!
Looking forward to more Hong Kong videos!
Wow hongkong!! the beef noodle looks delicious 😍😍 i'm cantonese but I can't speak them 😅 love your videos Mina ♡♡
Wow. I just watched this. I love the filipino food at the end😊

Wow great video. M.
great you're at HONGKONG , nice nice nice! thanks for your wonderful video footages, obviously its much more expensive there than in Thailand especially on noodles, but i love the Goose in HK , so delicious, by the way did you say that u have Filipino relatives there?
that moon cake musta been delicious....need the one for already
MAN I REALY WANNA TRY THOSE PLATES!!!! so hungry
omg I'm from hong kong and your big fan!! Im currently in uk for studies. You've just made me feel homesick to death... i miss home so much...
The way you say “Graham Street” tho 😂
I love how they had glass blocking people from the tracks. We need this in Canada and the USA that way noone can jump onto or be pushed onto the tracks when the train comes. The food also looks delish as always
Clicked on this cuz my 9 yr old daughter loves fishball noodle soup. That looked so hearty & delish. Great choice. You are brave for going around HK and not knowing how to speak or understand any Cantonese or Mandarin.
Cats and books together? What can be better than that? I wish stores like that existed in India too!
That’s cool! I went to Beijing and had the best jajangmeon!
nice one yaa i like it
I was in HK at the same time. Would have loved to buy you some food. Fun videos! HK is my favorite city in the world. So much to see and do.
That filipino food is my fave♥️

What you had looked so yummy and I would love if Northern Ireland incorporated more of Asia’s cuisine because I love all the meals you get
I’ve always wanted to try the egg waffles with the pork and sea weed ❤️ ugh why does Asia have to have such a good cuisine I seriously wish NI Would
You happen to upload the videos when I am browsing the internet most of the time :)

In my childhood day it was $0.30 per small bowl of wonton noodle at the street stands !
probably a stupid question but how do you know what station to get off at or what exit to use? Is there an app? I'm hoping to go to Asia next year so any tips on travel apps would be appreciated
They have aps

Omg mina fillipino food I'm fillipino that looks good
Do you always travel alone Mina? btw love you videos :)
reminds me of monsta x
I am from HK and never been to any of these places. Lol. Due to the outrageous rent, don’t expect stores stay in business for too long unless they owned the property. Funny that this video has so much conversations from the surrounding people.
Aya make me so hungry. 😄
hello from Hong Kong
8:49 you can get this mooncake in red bean flavour too!! Taste better in my opinion 😂
I am Kongo Kong like this I like Kong Kong like that
