I don't like how u treat the Glock ..Glock is a great gun n lightweight even loaded with 30 round mag n 9 mil has more penetration power at 1200 fps ..the 45 especially colt is one heavy gun loaded with 7 or 8 not enough rounds should be more like 12 ..plus the 45 is way slower than 9 mil at under 900 fps

@@scrappy8984 it depends on the barrel if u have good barrel u have accuracy if it's old barrel or crappy barrel u won't hit anything unless from 10 yards over time barrels wear out beat change it with modern barrel
@@scrappy8984 ..colt 45 is a good gun it never jams If u keep it clean n oiled n u can fire it rapid fire also what I like about it is u can chamber round n holster it n it won't go off by itself u need to pull hammer back to fire but also your palm releases the safety it has two safeties it's a safe gun

As an Australian and a young gun enthusiast I was very confused at the start when my man said “ the glock is Australian” but honestly this was one of the best vids I’ve seen in a while

9mm was introduced in 1902 who was in fact Austrian and died before Hitler came in power. Still, 45 ACP is bigger and more newer. In Halo CE where the year is 2552 the magnums are chambered in 500 magnum which would be ideal for watermelon popping and everything else. Also 500 magnum is all American😎.

My first gun was a Glock 19. My second gun was a 1911. They are both great guns.
I also have both but the question is in a real life and death situation where seconds count, you need to stop your adversary immediately before he can have a chance to shoot or stab you. The 45 ACP was designed to do just that.
at this point just get a 1911 in 10mm use the heavy weapon design to its maximum

@@ernie4795 (lol) no I mean the title of the video and in the begining he was saying (words to the effect of) this will be objective pov. I only clicked on it because I was sincerely curious. I learned on a Ruger .22, then a 1911 Governent, then a 3 inch Colt Commander. I found that the 1911...chasis if you will, fit my hand like a glove and I fell in love with it. The Glock is interesting and I don't dislike it at all, but my heart is w/the 1911. I know the Glock has advantages and it's development is impressive. For me personally I just prefer the 1911 ANYWAY I read the title and subconsciencously (sp?) settled in to watch an objective comparo so when threw the Glock down into that ravine then pulled out some gun we didn't see to spare the 1911 he was comparing it to I lost it! I think I might of woken up some extended family that were visting I was laughing so loud! I loved the video and I will never join the Glock vs 1911 debate. I like 'em both but like I said I prefer the 1911.
The one handgun I do hate: That Baretta...whatever it's called - Willis used it in Die Hard 1 & 2. That gun is fugly. And I'm so sick of seeing it in movies I'll actually give a movie 1 star if they don't show one of those fuckin' Barettas.

However at no time did I never indicate any *opinion* as to whether or not the video _was actually biased_ or not. I was describing my subconscious expectations based on the title and his opening statements and the how that made the video so funny [to me]. I felt it was very intelligent, and skilldully executed humor.

I own both these guns and like them both. Glock is my carry piece.. it's light, 15 round cap, but I'm not in love with it. If it were lost, stolen or damaged I'd simply get another or try another brand. The 1911 I am very found of.. it's a man's gun.

For many years I rejected the idea of ever owning a "plastic" gun (big 1911 & Hi-Power fan). Then a few years ago my employer sent me to the Glock Armourer school. Long story short I now own several Glocks. Hate them if you must. Ugly, perhaps. But boy oh boy can they shoot. I have them in 9mm, 40 S&W, 10mm, and 45acp. Wonderful firearms.
I never had an urge to buy one always been into sig saurers but the glock 48 and the shield arms 15 round mag was a game changer, much more comfortable and with that capacity in such a slim frame im still amazed by it comparing it to my 320

That was very very funny. I was having one of those imaginary conversations (of which I avoided at the time and place due to social anxiety) basically listing all the reasons glocks are worse than classic guns like the 1911, but then I realised that out of my hatred of glocks I have neglected to really learn enough about them to hate them effectively. So I searched Glock vs 1911 and this was the first video to come up. I didn't learn much, but it made my morning.
