Sebas is still somewhat antiquated in his thoughts and I think that’s because he hasn’t felt the need to evolve emotionally since he’s been in a relationship for 10+ years and dating was different then. Josh being in the dating pool now understands and is evolving to understand that women are more than their body hair and that it doesn’t equate to bad hygiene. Sebas suggests that if he doesn’t vibe with someone he decides to take on a date he will not pay; where as Josh understands that taking an interest in a woman is an investment and it can either be a win or a loss. I think if you’re a woman looking for a man’s perspective take Sebas advice at a minimum, but if you’re single in todays dating pool take Joshs’ advice, if you want someone with ideologies like Josh. Also, men are not dumb, let’s stop infantilizing men by calling them boys when they’re grown men. It relieves them of any accountability. ❤

It’s so refreshing to know and hear Josh’s perspective on how we shouldnt devalue a single mothers worth because she has a kid. My younger self truly would’ve appreciated this! I am so happy to say though, a real man who loves and respects you will understand and commit to you and yours.
I would say the question refers to stubble, because there’s weeks where we don’t think it’s noticeable and it’s too much and we just roll with it lol. And Josh my love for you just grew with your response, it’s what is inside that matters ❤

Every Monday morning I get off my 12/14 hr shift, take my kids to school, Get my French press coffee ready. Start breakfast & listen to LA Platica before I stress clean. My life is really stressful lately, I’m a single mom of 4, starting my week laughing & feeling like I’m involved in a positive grown up convo sets my week. Making someone laugh, smile etc is such blessing. Most days I cry in the shower, but now my Monday mornings are filled with laugher. 🙏🏽

The topic of a woman with a kid made me so emotional and happy to hear y’all’s perspective. I was a single mom with a daughter at one point doing the damn thing all by MY DAMN SELF although I knew I was the shit I felt like a failure because there was no dad for her around and I was embarrassed if a man would want me after having a kid. Now looking back my having a child prior to my now marriage was the best thing because it attracted a good man into my life that was attracted to me because I was a single mom doing it all and more. Good men won’t be pushed away by it, if it’s a good woman/mother who is independent taking care of business for herself and her child.
