What about working on contract as an esthetician? Would love to hear more on this topic as one of the factors in my wanting to get my license is the opportunity to have a flexible schedule and be with my family more.

Idk if contract is the exception or the rule so anything to help understand the realities of a contract position versus the idea behind it.
