I took some time to learn how to edit parameters in DSMapStudio. For this video, you'll notice that the 44-142 KRSV's basic and stage 1 charged shot both have the same laser effect as the fully charged shot, with the basic shot's sound effect being replaced by the VP-60LCD Diffuse Laser Cannon's and the charged shots' by the VE-60LCB's charged shot. I also eliminated the DF-GA-08 HU-BEN's overheat for convenience.

Yup, that's indeed ARETHA
It was always such a menacing AC
These model ports are amazing. Really wish we can have a resizer mod, though, so that we can at least bring the ARETHA to a more accurate height. Supposedly, it's over 15 meters or so at the shortest height estimate but could also be as tall as 22.5 meters in height.
for comparison, armored cores in AC6 are ~10 meters in height according to model ports to Elden Ring.
@@engineer84-w8x The starter AC is around 10.5 meters, though some are taller at around 12 meters and others are as short as 9 meters.
But yeah, they are within that height range.
now THAT is a big ass gun.
I rewatch it again and again.
Only ARETHA mod that actually felt natural with their OP side quickboost.
Other NEXT mod felt like getting addition in speed multiplier, but this felt really natural.
Almost "Canon" as to how it would be, at least this is the experience that i'm expecting to get if i pilot ARETHA at AC4.
Man that thing was huge, especially when you see it up close in 4 and FA. Mutant Core indeed.
Joshua's lines are so depressing to hear.. He really gave up trying to reason with anybody and accepts everyone's hatred so easily.
Well, that's to be expected. It was his home, or ours. Joshua already knew he'd most likely be hated, so he just decided to let them hate him, because he himself thought his own death would be for the best.
He knew what he was doing was wrong, but he had no choice. He was being forced to attack innocent civilians, and his own death was the only way he could be relieved of the burden of those orders.
If from ever makes a AC "Gundam Versus" with DLC mechs, I'm vowing to petition you as their DLC character trailer guy. You got me reaching for my wallet with the way you handle these.
What I loved about this one is in game it quick boosted so fast it seemed to teleport

I might just have to get armored core on my pc for this mod alone. Joshua was my first real buddy…then Old King was my second genocidal buddy, then Rusty was a homie too; a real buddy.

It's just a shame that the AC AI in 4th gen was so bad compared to the immediately preceding and following gens, or ARETHA might've been a serious contender for most memorable final boss (or.. Mini-boss, I guess, in For Answer?)
Hey Knight, think you can do a mod showcase of the 00-Aretha with the Ayre boss fight? It would be pretty cool of an prototype AC NEXT fight against the prototype AC IBIS.

i tried recreating seed a barren earth mission but aretha's texture hates weathering system like the other ac4 ports😢

Worth noting that these prototype NEXTs were much bigger than them. They might be just about the size of Ayre & Iguazu's crafts or slightly bigger.
The generator might Hokushi, NGI 000, VE-20C, or VP-20D. ARETHA is powered by a more output generator to power the cannom
Aretha was what rayleonard wants. They were thinking big. But as such it need a bloated generator which causes too much radiation leak for the pilot to handle. Thus they end up with the Aaliyah as a step down.

Fromsoft are the kings of suspense. You have no idea how scared I was during chapter 5 after seeing the chapter name "Death comes as the end." And how sad I was on seed a barren earth to realize that it was not my death that was coming.
Would be great if the gatling can fire x5 the ammo lol
Always had a hard time trying to get the image of that AC because it was so dark and brown on that mission.

My question is is the fire rate and hit power on the custom Gatling gun proportionate with it or is it just a reskinned vanilla Gatling gun and energy cannon?
The KRSV seems to be shooting full charges in one tap, so I think both might be modded.

Then there is something wrong with the way you configure your ModEngine2. These modelswaps have nothing to do with the regulation.bin file.
@@KnightValfodr like I’ve used it for Elden ring and Minecraft but everytime it launches nothing pops up in game changed .ill prob uninstall it all then redo it to see if that helps .
Are the stats changed on the mod?
I wish we could have this on console
