- Hey everyone, today I will be touring a BRAND NEW modular home that is SPICY! This floor plan is a little smaller but still amazing. This prefab house also has several different options and is built as a modular home! The manufacturer for this house is R-Anell Homes. The model for this home is the “Legacy" This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and has roughly 1,800(main level) square foot. Let me know what you think about the video! We have seen the mobile home business come such a long way. In the old days most people referred to mobile homes as a trailer house. However some of the manufactured homes we carry are far from “trailer houses.”

I really love the layout of this place. They could do without the extra toilet and vanity and put a tub in there.
I thought the same thing. 😬? Luckily there's a more private optional single toilet MB layout shown on the floor plan at the end of the video :)
Yeah...not into the dueling poopers either...lol
I love the two toilets, but being in the north, a deep, soaking tub for hot bubble baths are a must have up here! 😊
I’d give up an extra toilet for the tub, you betcha!
Pantry is perfect for all the small appliances and food staples needed! Love it. Don’t like cluttered counters.
The glass in the pantry door is reeded.
The 2 toilets sold me!!!! Love it!! My husband leaves the seat up all the time - won’t have to worry about that in this home!
I live in Sanford and pretty much everyone around here knows they have great houses. Before covid they were thought to be too expensive but now that site built houses are through the roof, more people are going this way. Very pretty homes.
This is the first house in a long time I loved ALL of it. Wouldn't change anything, except...two toilets in the master...um no. 😂 Thanks Chance

I don’t like those metal racks either, they won’t hold a lot of clothes , most often rip out of the walls

I can see myself and my twin sister living in this as 2 older ladies. Lol I love it and the colors.
I love the main bath.. The dual entry shower is unique and I enjoy the separate sink areas.
I like the utility room. The pantry is awesome.

No sink in the island. Cut those long window short and put some counters over there with the sink and the dishwasher. That would be beautiful.
One of my favorites! Love the separation of spaces without being closed off. Bedrooms don’t feel like they open straight into living, kitchen separated comfortably. Loving the neutral warmer colors, never a fan of grays. Oh, and the entry, not itty bitty, but feels welcoming without feeling like you are immediately in the way of anyone in living room.
I love this one! I love the layout. I would only change the bank of windows in the kotchen to maybe a sliding patio door, a d remove the second toilet in the washroom a d put a linen closet there instead. Beautiful home.

This home is, indeed , very well planned out and serviceable , and lively, besides.
Very nice house. Manageable size, big enough but not too large.
Since I’ve been watching these videos I’ve learned they’re dream homes and realistic homes, this is a realistic dream home. I really like the bright kitchen and dining room and the utility room is big enough for a freezer. Lots of other things to. To many to mention now. Great video Chance looking forward to seeing more

Considering this is a "smaller" home, it has a lot of space, and it's all used effectively. I love the separation and privacy of the main door to the rest of the home. The secondary bedrooms and closets are very spacious, and I loved the PDW (Pantry Dance Worthy) corner pantry.

Like the entrance. Love the kitchen cabinets. Nice pantry. Good size closet in secondary bedrooms. Primary is nice. Wish closet was bigger. Just glad its not in the bathroom. Beautiful home. I can see myself in it. Thank you for the tour.

It is a very nice home. Kitchen is laid out nice but pantry is the size of a closet.👍
I really like the idea of two toilets in the master bath, but I would make them water closets. A little more privacy, doncha know.....
Nice floorplan. I'd like a smaller shower, it doesn't need to take up half of the bathroom. I'd like more storage space, or space for a standup tub.

I love this house. The size, layout, and especially the color of the cabinets. Those windows in the kitchen/DR look great and let in great natural light and perfect for watching the rain/storms.

Chance?? This house 🏠🏡 nay be small, but its Large in Artistry!! It really cozy and comfy!! Like the wide open spaces. The Bedrooms and Bathrooms are great. The Kitchen is just perfect. All of the other rooms are inviting. What more can anyone ask for in a home. Well Made and Well Designed. Thank You for letting us see this pretty cool place.

The little counter in the entryway should instead be a sitting bench with shelf space. Make it more user friendly and inviting for guests, you know?
This is my ideal home. Very practical, not a lot of bells and whistles…just classy and simple!
We’re looking to move and we have our eye in a modular that needs work. The floor plan is entirely open and exactly what we’re looking for!
We’ll see. It may be gone by the time we are ready to sell our current home.

It's about the perfect size! The living room seems big but it could be the openess of the dining room. I LOVE the windows in the dining room/kitchen area! So big and bright!
I would add some windows, remove all the carpet and try to get over the fact that the kitchen sink is in the island. It's a nice house, though. The best part is the windows in the dining room.
One of these times, someone is going to answer the door when you knock and scare the buhjeebers out of you!

I've seen dual vanities, dual countertops with sinks on either side of a bathroom, his and her closets, and two master bedrooms in a place but I have never seen dual commodes in an En Suite bathroom. Nice!
I love this home; the inside is so pretty! 😍 Nice floating shelf & closet at the entrance. Small but beautiful kitchen & nice sized pantry. Nice walk-in closets in the guest bedrooms. I would add a fireplace in the living room, a linen closet in the hallway, and maybe replace the extra toilet in the master bath with some shelves. The water heater in the closet has to go.
I'm going to guess the guest is either Timothy P Livingston or Nate. All Three of you have been around the same area as each other just at different times.
This is a nice little Home by Vanderbuilt, as always they do good at layout and you do great at presenting. The main thing I'd see changing is taking that second toilet out and putting a tub back there. oh and darker colors, but that's just me.

I love that house ! I would want the master bathroom made a little smaller (only need one toilet and sink counter), and have a couple of big linen closets.

Love Homes by Vanderbilt, esp the smooth ceiling in their homes.
Some of the larger houses have layouts that don’t make sense. I much prefer a smaller home that is laid out well. This one definitely fits the bill. Two commodes in the master is definitely different.

This house I really like just enough.
Oh my gosh I love the openess into the home,and ilove the size of the dinng and kitchen beautiful,i prefer would shelfing in the pantry,the lundry room is awesome, the bedrooms are good size,like the walkin closets of the bedrooms, master bedroom is a great spaced room, i love the master bath shower walls are very unique styling,but i would have 2 sinks and vanity between the sinks,awesome home chance,love that rnergy you give in your tours stay safe,and stay healthy ,🎄🎄
Gorgeous cute home. I'd like the TV place on the opposite wall, and patio doors in the dining area. Also I'd like a full door on the pantry. All that done and I'd live there for sure 😄

I like this one! I love how each room has a good size closet. I'd change the cabinets and counter tops, but the design, and use if space is fantastic

Like this one a lot. Open but different layout. Thanks for starting with the drawing. Having a drop zone/closet at the entry is very nice. VERY nice/good quality cabinets and large drawers. Bedroom are good size with spacious closets. I'd go with the standard master bath shown in the drawing instead of what was built. One of my favorite double wide that you've toured.

This is a nice modest sized home. Not overly extravagant. Would like to see a real gas/wood burning fireplace in it. To me a fireplace just makes for a cozier home. Gotta admit, it really throws me when I see two toilets in the master bathrooms!
You’ve toured some really unique homes. Just out of curiosity, I’d like to see you add some modular mansions. Not that I could or would ever have one, but it’d be neat to see ‘em!

Nice Home .
That master bath gets me everytime. I remember the first house you showed with it. I'd be more apt to elimiinate that far corner toilet and put a hanging bar in that corner instead. TThat way I can step out of shower and grab whichever bathrobe or dressing gown I want to put on until I dry hair and get dressed. 2 toilets is a bit much. 😂😂, Large guests rooms and Livibg room...like those fir sure.
No wire shelves, gas stove, remove the entertainment center so I could put mine with the fireplace in that spot. I really like the colors for a change. Being up north I need heat vents in the floor. Great kitchen. This is realistic. The master bath is good but the shower needs a seat and niches for soap and shampoo.

What I miss in about all of the homes I see on your chanel is a good place to put a freezer, upright or chest type.
It’s cool! But needs more space for a stand up freezer or deep freezer and a linen closet in the master. Otherwise, I like it!😊
