Feel better, its seems just like yesterday, I was watching what you bought last year. The time is going so quickly. Those are nice gifts. I wish I would not buy so much for my grandchildren, I don’t feel like they care about seeing me, only about the gifts and they get plenty from so many people. I have been watching all your vlogs but not always writing a comment. I have been enjoying them.

I hope you feel better soon dear! Have you tried an elimination diet? Its a great way to narrow down possible GI irritants and allergies. I would also look into the carnivore diet. It completely transformed the inflammation markers in my body by 80%.
I was just going to suggest the carnivore diet! I've been on it for a year and the inflammation I had is gone. My life has been transformed. Please look into it Kandy, do some research, I hope you feel better ❤
