The most useful thing of true strike is the ability of bypassing concealment. The +20 is a nice touch, but not worth wasting a round onto. The concealment thing though is another story. If I'm not mistaken it also bypasses mirror images and the likes, so it can make the difference with some squishier but evasive enemies.

Kinetic blade is surprisingly effective. Makes me want to play a Shardknight. Cosmere meets Golarion.

this is just a painful guide. other guides show the character window and skill name etc you just type the name? hmmm
