I saw that comment about why not better helping foster children and it made me kinda mad...I guess it doesn't matter how generous and kind you are, how wholesome your actions are, there will be always people that would found something to be upset and complain.. 🙄
Anyways, your love for Christmas has inspired me~ every year I'm excited for these seasonal videos to come and this year, I'll be for the first time hosting and making Christmas for my Parents and Sisters ♡

In the uk, foster and kids in childrens homes get a gift allowance. And often do allot better than most kids do at Christmas.
I remember I’d never gotten so much when I was in care, I didn’t actually know what to do with myself.
Plus carers getting a fair amount of money for taking care of the children so often add their own money .
Clothes, shoes, toys , games consoles …. You name it. We were bought it
Not sure if it’s the same in the USA, it should be.
You can’t please everyone . And it’s extremely sad someone decided that they had the right to tell someone where they should spend their money and offer their help.

This was lovely :)) and I was part of a family that received gifts through a similar program. My mother was very very low income and we wouldn’t have gotten any gifts had it not been for that program. I always got nice clothes and winter gear and was always so grateful and excited for it each year 😊

I was a foster parent before. We got a monthly stipend to help take care of them. At Christmas, their casa always signed us up for programs to help. One year each kid we had (3) got to go to target and have a $200 shopping spree, per kid! We never had to worry about Christmas for our foster loves because we had the stipend and our casa helped. I absolutely love what you are doing, I love watching the love you have for helping these babies ♡
Oh and yes, just like it used to be chic fil a....so crazy

But instead, you're just one woman making it look so effortless to be incredible.
Your holiday videos help me get through the entire end of the year. 12 years ago I lost my best friend 3 days before Christmas, and after that it was never the same. But seeing that there is still light and love all around us during the holidays, well, it's given me back my zest as well.
You change the lives of far more than just your Angel Tree kids. Your kindness has a snowball effect on us all!
Love this!! BTW I found it helpful with wrapping fluffy jackets to try and fold them, then tie gift wrap ribbon around the jacket to get them to cooperate in the boxes better. 🤷🏼♀️

I’m actually doing that this year, an angel tree. I grabbed a tag, and I’m shopping for a lil girl. Also, I loved the 1960s Ultra man. My dad introduced it to my brother and I years ago, when we were teens. I used to love watching him fight all the monsters. I still even remember the theme song 😂 Well. You have a goodnight, Mary. You're so generous. Some people would have seen the fact that the kiddo wanted a Mario race track and just said yep not doing that because I can tell you even on sale they're not cheap. It's so amazing how much you get the kids and how much thought and effort you put in knowing that even though the kids aren't going to really be happy with socks and underwear unfortunately sometimes that's what we need to get them. 💗

My daughter is a Pete fan too and has the Pete the Cat Storybook Collection, she got it a few years ago and even though she’s older now she loves the stories because she grew up loving Pete the Cat. I’m sure this boy will love them too ❤️

I was born in 1999 and I have to say - it was definitely BerenstEin when I was a kid!!! I started seeing A instead of E a few years ago and felt like I was losing my mind.

Suggestion for wrapping the coat....fold it so it all goes in the hood....lots of folding videos on CZcams.....if you want it smaller...try putting in a plastic bag and sucking out air with a vacuum, then *very quickly* tie bag. Good luck. Bless your heart for doing this ❤

Omg, Ultraman! My dad was a big Ultraman fan! He got a cool Ultraman action figure back in the day and I still have it. We also had he Super Nintendo Ultrman game and I'd play that for hours with my brother. Thanks or the smile! :)

Mary, they make really large Christmas themed bags. That might be a solution for the coats.
I know about those bags and use some to transport the presents to the facility in my car. For the presents, I wanted to put everything in a box. It's not a problem; I've worked it out.

I love that you do this every year. Would you ever consider doing a go fund me so that people could donate money to help you sponsor? I would definitely donate but I understand it would be a big responsibility.
I work for children services, and any child that we’re working with gets “adopted” through people and businesses in the community for christmas (if the parents want to sign them up). Each child gets $100 for Christmas. Absolutely check with your local CPS agency to see if they have a program to buy gifts for kiddos!
