Sir please design 20*60 south facing with same requirements you shown in 20*50 naksha, please waiting for it. Also include on grid solar system on terrace. East-west north house packed south open, ots required, with plantation in some places. Feels good and close to nature. Awaited design.❤️ Swimming pool should be ground floor with 4 bedroom and sir every floor one common bathroom please, with minimum good vision design, please mention what cost will it be for this house. And one underground storage tank car parking, list is big hope you don't get angry. House should be personal not for rent purpose.🙏

How to go on terrace
It's a closed house. With no access to terrace, as the client asked for. But if you want you can make the same stair as that is in ground floor just above.
