This plan is not at all good .....plan not practical ....lots of area is just wasted , and the plan to build a spiral staircase is impractical in daily life ...one cannot take even a bucket full of cloths to terrace and also that is also not covered ...what about rain.
Double height drawing room looks beautiful but it will waste your area .In big cities where every inch of land matters this plan doesn't full ur requirement.
