Hey Coach, Am I really allowed to hit the part of someone's hand that holding the ball?
Im scared of pounding the ball. Might hit my mom's plants lol.
I CAN RELATE-
but not plants for me.
Just got the Ball on a string program today and after my first workout I already feel different. My handles feel better and I have better control of the ball already and I could almost palm the ball with the super grip drills. Thanks Coach keep it up 👍

It’s never too late to start but if you had hopes of going to the NBA you might be too late, but you never know if you have God given ability you might be able to get there just work hard.
