What did we think of the first episode?
I prefer watching Star Wars thru the lenses of anakin, ben, and qui-gon… it helps me think Star Wars is still alive and well!

Why the heck should mandalorians be forbidden from showing their faces anyway? Jango showed his to obi wan on kamino, canderous was also not wearing his damn face mask and in the bounty hunter comics and game they were all seen without helmets also montross. So what's up with that clearly shoehorned in codex? Also the mandalorians are some sort of never-ending marauding pmc pestilence, killing and plundering weaker civilizations for their resources since the ancient times... kinda like americans here huh...

Anakin really let himself go didn't he? And when it got to Bo-Katan segment love how Obi Wan's like "too soon". Cara Dune part of just "mmmm-hmmmm" was great too. They "hey it's Anakin!" part was classic!

@@metru2185 They were. The issue for me isn't that they were babies (Which they weren't), but that they were each a potential baby to save the frog couple's line. Grogu lowered the chances for survivors.

I did enjoy the IG's Terminator bit there. About as subtle as Cara Dune joining the special forces, but a nice homage.

It's cause Charlie who does the characters has a full beard so the deep fake goes over his face but leaves a little on the bottom beard showing. Same with Anakin
