I can't hear Rolling Girl without thinking about Wowaka damn, it's the first time the death of a composer makes me feel sad for so much time. His music really connected with many people who were going through a lot. It's sad when you know the meaning of most of his songs and Wowaka's struggles with Miku and fame, but at least he left a mark in the VOCALOID community that no many can. RIP

This song is literally describing depression and what it means to deal with it on a daily basis. It's not just about being "sad" or "bullied". It means you deal with anger and frustration, you're constantly fighting your inner demons that tell you you're unwanted or a failure no matter how hard you try, you lose motivation in things you love, you're pretending to be okay when you just want someone to see through your facade of "I'm fine" -- but you keep pushing on for "one more day" in the hopes things will change.
Sadly, the ending of this song also describes someone who eventually gives up after fighting so hard for so long.
Ikr? And the high energy really emphasizes how much people have to FIGHT to keep it together and keep going.

I just want to say that this song is an EXTREMELY well portrayal of depression. you're constantly stuck in a loop of self-pity, but you're still self-deprecating. you find solace in your dreams, because no matter what you do, you feel lonely. (0:30 to 0:38) you're always surrounded by people, but you feel lonely. when praised you feel like the ruler of the world, but when you get the slightest hint of failure, you go into a mental spiral. (1:05 to 1:18) you live every single day feeling lethargic and fantasizing about escaping your problems, but then you can't help but feel scared of it. you start to wonder if it's really worth the effort, because no matter what you do, you're still going to be living everyday. then at 2:48 the music starts to get more chaotic, because that's your mind. the overlapping voices are in your head, but they affect you outside of your head too. You're drowning in your own emotions, until you truly begin falling because that's what you wanted in the end.
I've recovered from my rolling girl syndrome, but I would not wish it upon my worst enemy. if you're a rolling girl/boy/person, I'm you'll recover too soon! it just takes some time.

I was suicidal and sad and had panic attacks a lot and this song had gave me panic but it was this weird panic and I wanted more and couldn’t get enough of it. It was a very helpful song. A few comments are saying she dies in the video right at the cut from the stairs, but I think she's dead the entire video but doesnt realize it till she falls down the stairs. That's why she looks confused right before she falls down the stairs. It's probably also why the school is so dull and empty. I think she might be in some sort of limbo, and the ending with the collapsing stairs is maybe her remembering how she died, via jumping off a building. Thats shy she looks very sad and closes her eyes in acceptence as she reaches out her hand to someone offscreen who isnt there at the very end

The stairs crashing could also symbolise her life falling from under her as she won’t live to see another day. Anyone who is feeling hopeless and is considering suicide please contact suicide hotline and other authorities, suicide is never the answer even if you are tired and loosing hope. If you keep going you’ll see the end of the depressive tunnel, a light not necessarily meaning death but maybe getting out of the depressive state, just know that you will never be alone even if You think you are alone you aren’t I promise you, at the end of every storm is a rainbow.

It was Deco27 that got me into Vocaloid. Actually the Japanese metal group Hanabie did covers of Deco27. I was neutral to Wowaka at first. After 3 months I am starting to love his music.

i’ll never stop thinking about the very last moment where it says “stop breathing, now”, especially in this exact mv. it’s as if wowaka is telling us that we can finally rest, that we should stop grasping that one breath. i never noticed this until i saw miku’s movement as to close the viewers eyes, like they do with people who have passed. the way i interpret it, this song is about someone who is desperately trying to hold onto life, finding all sorts of silly excuses to do so, thinking that they have so much left to do. they want to do everything they’ve dreamed of at once so as to die with no regrets. in the end they accept their fate, finally resting their soul, without having fulfilled their wishes, because they just couldn’t hold on any longer.

Third of all, texture has nothing to do with the RGB graphics of a model, which is what you were talking about with the wowaka heart edited on to her and etc. Texture is the feel of the model, which could be implemented with RGB graphics but most of the time you use selection editing.
