I think the problem was how he asked in the other casinos if pets are allowed. He should just have said, "Hey my parrot would like to bet huge amounts of money in roulette, can I bring him in?". Every manager would have said yes with dollar signs in his eyes.
The one that let him in actually had the guys they asked bring a manager of some sort forward who asked for details. The rest made a safe decision themselves before knowing the full context.
The problem with the other casinos at least the ones he showed were they were the more popular/nice ones on the strip. The amount of money any one player wins or loses is really insignificant to casinos that get a lot of action. They'd rather not have a bird potentially make the experience less enjoyable for others. I was honestly surprised they said dogs were allowed on the floor. The downtown casinos would be much more likely just because they get less action than the strip and aren't as busy. They have the open tables and less amount of other people to worry about.
Not if he knows statistics, he would do as good as any other randomly betting person. All strategies are equal in the eyes of the law of large numbers.
Might actually be better, since the parrot is truly random, unlike people who "pepare a strategy", when in my experience just playin the game is often the best.

A lot of casinos in Vegas wouldn’t even let him film. The plaza is notorious for letting people film and having influencers. If I had to pick any one property in Vegas for this video to be filmed at I would have definitely said the Plaza.
I heard Jonathan Jossel (4:24) talking about this on the Plaza podcast. He's a cool guy for allowing this! He's one of the youngest casino managers in Vegas, and THE youngest to ever get a gaming licence in Nevada so he's fully aware of how good the advertising would be for hosting this.
After a huge winning streak Pablo had realized his undenying talents were being used, so he decided to only guess wrong answer until Max's morale was low enough to then bamboozle him with a win!
That and he took a flight around the casino and noticed security getting stronger in their area. He knew they had to lose some to get out of there in one piece. Pablo is obviously used to these kind of heists.

I think the anti-parrot rules are to prevent solicitors. Not in an official way but Casino workers in Vegas know people who go around with birds, taking photos with tourists for money and they are in the "don't let them come in randomly to sollicit our customers" category.

04:39 maybe if you’d explained what you were doing a little more to the other casinos they might have let you in. Saying do you allow parrots is a bit different to saying “would you allow my parrot to place bets for me with my money on roulette, one of the casino games that favours the house the most?”
