Poor workmanship, putting bent bolts back, installing the wrong shocks, if a jobs worth doing, do it right, your showing your content, so do things properly.
Not really. They are relying on parts they have so they don't have to buy more and save money. If it fits it fits and also save the customer money.

buy new factory bolts and DO IT RIGHT!!!!!!! WTH!!!!
If a suspension bolt is bent it MUST be replaced. I guarantee you didn't check with manufacturer or all data to see if they are even reusable. Many cars once bolts removed it needs to be replaced
