I have been baking banana bread for years. Following the same old recipe. Today I decided to try a new one and this one stood out to me because it said “easy”. It is by far the BEST one I have ever made! And it definitely was easy. The only thing I added was a tiny splash of vanilla and some walnuts. It is moist and delicious. I also appreciated how pleasant the video was! Try this recipe out! You won’t be sorry!
For anyone not from america this is how i did it:
-3 bananas
-150 grams(aproximately) sugar
-1 large egg( i used 2 medium one but its probs the same)
-80 ml oil (aproximately)
-80 ml milk( again aproximately)
-125 grams flour( aproximately)
-used and actual teaspoon so idrk baking soda

I reduced the sugar to 1/2 cup my bananas were very ripe so their sweetness was enough for me. I also added about 1tsp of vanilla essence. It turned out great, super soft and moist.
Add one teaspoon of vanilla extract and one teaspoon of cinnamon powder and it would taste even better.

Tried this recipe quite a few times but I added 1tsp of cinnamon and vanilla and 1 cup and a half of flour and walnuts best banana bread ever !!
I tried out this recipe 2 days ago except I made double the batch. I had to come back and say this recipe is wonderful and so tasty! My family enjoyed the bread so much, thank you for sharing this incredible recipe with us.
I followed this recipe, with a few changes. Used only 2 bananas instead of 3 as I only had 2 overriped ones and added 1 tsp cinnamon powder & 1 tsp vanilla extract as per the comments and it was a success. Yay! Thank you for this recipe. ❤️

5 stars to the recipe. Tried this yesterday, the cake came out much softer and tastier than my earlier versions. I used one and a half banana, added vanilla essence and it was very yummy. Very easy and simple. Thanks for sharing. In my oven it took only 45 minutes.

I recently made this banana loaf. I used 1/2 white and 1/2 brown sugar. I also added 3/4 cup raisins. Absolutely delicious.
Tried this recipe today and it's a keeper. The whole family loves it! I baked it for about 55 mins at 175 degrees celsius and it baked perfect and moist! Added 1 tsp of vanilla essence too!

I used 1/3 c brown sugar, 1/4 t nutmeg, 1/4 t cinnamon 1 tsp vanilla 1/4 c walnuts and 1/2 c chocolate chips as well.I also did half butter and half oil to make up the 1/3 cup and topped the whole thing with brown sugar crumbled. It took it to another level
I watched a ton of banana recipe videos almost a month back to since we had some over ripe bananas and I wanted to try making some banana bread for the first time. Made it. I added 1/2 white sugar and 1/2 brown sugar. Also added 1 cup raisins. Turned out fantastic and moist !

Tried this and it turned out so good! Soft, moist and the sweetness is enough. For those using a convection oven this might help - preheat oven at 180 C for 10 mins. Then bake it at 160 C for 30 minutes. 😉

Anyone who follows Pats Garcia cooking instructions is completely inaccurate. Cooking 160 C for 30 minutes is totally asking for trouble since it will under cook the banana cake. It should be set at 180 C for 30-45 mins.

Just made this recipe. I add some vanilla extract and cinnamon and some walnuts as well. Just pop it in the oven now waiting for it to be ready and cool down. Can't wait to try it ill be back with an update.😁😆

Stick to the cooking times and try not to peek too often as you lose too much heat that way. Other than that xp in the long run will help you as you make mistakes

Very soft and easy banana bread.
Just put mine in the oven, nice easy economical recipe, no butter and one egg. I added mixed spices to mine and used brown sugar. The batter tasted yummy, so the end result should also. Many thanks

This is for international consumption so adding the Celsius equiv would have been nice. Gonna try this one. I baked commercially for 20 years but. Ot done anything in quite some time. I chose this one by the thumbnail alone as it looked to me to be the best one on the first page. Golden brown as in cooked just right with a split at the top as well as not flat.
